They love to send out violation notices. Check out 'Chain of neighbors of Mesa Spirit' on Facebook. 3 hot tubs, but only one jet per hot tub. Empty lots are full of weeds. They have wrapped the metal pool rails, but they need to replace them because there shredded and look ratty.

10/23/2025 If this is a premier RV resort, I’d hate to see anything less. We thought by it being a “Thousand Trails” park, it would be decent. We booked on line & requested & paid for a certain spot. When we arrived on a Sunday, there is no one in the office, but the maintenance people were told to put us in a different spot due to lack of power in the spot we chose. After meandering through the park because the maintenance person could not figure out why we were going where we were going he took us to a very back lot small space in an amongst full timers that was very, very difficult to get into with a 35 foot fifth wheel. There was dog poop and garbage in the site and it was obvious that no one was informed that we would be staying there. The maintenance people could not help us with moving to a different spot because they did not have the ability to be on a computer and look into things. There were many many other spots that we could’ve been taken to, but this one was what they chose for us. Although the residents were very nice back there, it’s obvious that everyone just allows their dogs to come out and poop wherever they want to because there really is no place for your dog to go to the bathroom other than this little tiny dog park that smelled horrific because it’s too small for the number of dogs in the park. Don’t let them fool you! The maintenance people said we could move the next day once someone was back in the office but are you kidding me? Move a huge fifth wheel after getting completely set up!? Not one person from the office came by or even called with an apology. On the last day when I was checking out, I called and requested that we were going to get the refund for not getting the space that we wanted, and I was not offered any kind of apology or Even a “how was your stay?“ The one positive about this park is their pools seem very nice and everything was clean inside that area but everything else was just below average. The residents around us were very nice too. Just FYI, we had a dog and they are strict in their rules about not letting dogs pee outside the dog park but that’s a joke because we saw many relieving themselves all over(because dogs do that!)and if you’re going to make a rule for dogs, how about the cats we saw peeing and pooping in vacant areas. Also, we were very close to two very busy roads and heard sirens constantly. We woke up this morning to a police helicopter and large police presence due to A triple shooting right outside the park. Choose wisely… Live and learn.

Arizona is full of these 55+ plus retirement communities that are basically parks with small prefab homes (tiny homes for you, California). Between those tiny homes, there are empty lots for a few dozen RVs (movables). This park seems a bit "old" to us. You can purchase some of these homes fron $5k. Not sure why. Our discounted rent of $42/ night made it worth it.

I can't say enough about the staff members at Mesa Spirt. We are from Tucson and my mother was in a near by hospital. We needed a place to stay with our rv near by so I could be close enough to the hospital to be with my mom. The ladies in the office were so accommodating to help us out really made us feel welcomed. The guys that helped us get parked, and who we saw every day at the gard shack or driving around with there golf carts checking up on everything always had something nice to say and brighten up our day. What a professional friendly team who all have on staff. Thank you Mesea Spirit!

Great place. Quiet and tons of stuff to pack your days with. Miniature golf course tennis courts activities room and more. This is a private resort for tenants and their guests. Guard shack employees are very pleasant. If you are looking for an adult resort check this place out. You won't be disappointed.

We are a thousand trails member. We really enjoyed our stay here. Clean neighborhood. I really like the concrete pad for our car. A picnic table or firepit would be nice, but in this heat I understand why they are not here. Very quiet

Check in is 1pm to dusk. This is ridiculous. You come in late to this place and you have to park and wait until morning. Ran into traffic on the way here and did not make it until after hours. This park is big and has all kind of room. To make you wait until morning is absurd. Looks to be a nice park but the staff and policy is lacking. When I am late coming into tt palm springs, they are calling me and have instructions on what I am to do. I really doubt I will ever come back to this park

We enjoyed it so much that we leased a year round spot. Very spacious in our area, great employees and very friendly folks. We are full time RVers, but looking for a home from time to time. It’s in an easily accessible area for us.

This RV park was perfect for our needs. It’s just a few minutes away from family we are in town to visit. It’s close to all the stores one would need while camping. Best of all it’s part of the 1000 trail camping program therefore our stay was free. The sites are nice with full hook ups. Pools dog parks pool hall all the fun things to do in a well maintained RV park.

Good dog park and pickleball. Many available large sites but we were provided the most horrible-tightest spot with a park model awning and utilities making it extremely challenging to back on-Will NOT return.
