I’ve gone through so many issues with previous storage companies. I met the manager Wendy at Metro Storage on 79th street and she made my experience stress free. I got my grandmother’s belongings moved in with no problems and I like that the hours are later than other places. She broke down my lease and answered all my questions. (Believe me, I had a lot) It’s been a long time since I’ve seen this kind of customer service in an establishment who shows empathy too customers like myself.
