Loved the atmosphere of the place. Decent sized cabins & can fit plenty. Good area to be to visit lots of places within an hour of driving. However, we booked with them weeks prior to our visit & when we arrived, our cabin was still dirty from the previous campers/cabin wasn’t flipped for us. Problem was fixed immediately. Also, the food was very good!!!! Pizza, pretzels, jalapeño poppers, burgers…you name it. But, the bartender in the bar seemed very overwhelmed & very slow at taking orders/delivering food. There is also a *flower* dispo right on/next-to the property. Happy camping. Would stay there again.

Ideally camping spot in the upper Peninsula. A number of pull through sites with a bar and restaurant. Their cabins available. Besides are nice and pull through with lots of trees, but big enough to pull your right through. Electric is fine. Bar food is great. Get the Philly cheesesteak and definitely get a pretzel.

What a great place! The people that own/operate this campground are just great people. Down to earth. Friendly. Awesome. We had some tire issues on our motorhome, and had to actually find a place to hang out for a few days (while tires were ordered/delivered to a local shop). We arrived on July 4th, and they were so accommodating. The campground is nice and they have a great bar/restaurant right on site! And oh... the prices for everything are VERY fair. And as others have said, they really are in a great location. Close to a lot of nice Upper Peninsula sites and activities. We'll definitely stop again!

Very beautiful place to eat or drink, get a campground to stay at, while you are traveling, play frisbee golf for free and take a nature walk, or fish at the pond.

I love this place! It's close to beaches and activities at an affordable rate. The owner and his staff are awesome people and really helpful if you have questions about the area. The bar and grill on site is open late and the food is good 👍 there's 1 shower in each of the 2 restrooms located in the lower level of the main building, and coin laundry. All sites are pull through!! Locals who hang out here are also friendly and happy to tell you about the cool things going on in the area. I could go on, but it's better if you come check it out!😃

Easter Sunday morning, we blew a tire on the trailer we were hauling, with no spare. The owner (whose name we didn't get), offered us a tire, he had, let us leave our trailer while we luckily found a new tire in Manistique. Thank you very much, we appreciate you checking to see if we needed help and going out of your way to help us. We are planning on coming back up for the Jeep Jamboree in July! Thank you again!

This campground is awesome, Huge area, well groomed and easy to find a flat spot. The pavilion was cool and they have lots of activities. The bar however…. They would make more money if it self service. Don’t bother

Great place in da UP. Reasonable prices all around. Enjoyable 9 hole disc golf. For those with solar or starlink, you will like the wide open rustic area to park in just the right spot. Verizon signal is good.
