We enjoyed our stay here. It’s not too busy, there are quite a few residents that live there long term. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We didn’t like the spots we reserved so they told us to just pick two spots and if we wanted to move to leave a note on the door. Multiple activities for kids, and the store is nice. We’ll be back!

This is a campground not hotel. Single lane road in for about a mile. Don't know what we would have done if we met another camper on road. No regular store hours, you needed to call a posted number if you needed anything, because they were in the pool with their dogs. Won't be back

When we pulled in and took a look around, we didn't even bother to check in to our reservation. This is not a campground, it's permanent residences set in an uncared for property. Their price definitely does not reflect the conditions in which you would be staying, my advice would be to book somewhere else.

My wife and I love this place. Its a convenient drive from home, pretty country, fairly clean bathrooms and showers, "depends on how busy the park is", great pool!, and awesome ponds to swim and fish in! This place is a great bang for your buck! The staff are friendly and helpful and the seasonal campers are friendly also.We found this place a year ago when we bought our first camper. We go 4-5 times a year, off and on seasons. However, this weekend, there was an issue that caused some discomfort for us. We decided to do a big family trip. While we were at the pool, one of the seasonal campers were making negative racial remarks about one of my family members. They were talking amongst their social circle, but we herd what they were saying. After that, the vibes were weird from them the rest of the trip. It was honestly a feeling of being unwelcome after that. I do not feel this will prevent us from returning, but if anything like that happens again, it will be addressed immediately and I hope action would be taken. An absolutely excellent campground set back in beautiful woodland. They were lovely to us when we got caught behind a bad accident and had to arrive late. The showers are also gloriously hot. The ideal camping experience.

Great campground ! Never overcrowded plenty of space to have your own space. The owner is a pretty cool hippie that has a great restaurant for food breakfast and if you forgot anything one thing that I will tell everybody who is not experience campers is it gets dark as MF up here in the mountain. So if you’re KOA kind of campers to stay off the mountain kid. Just kidding everyone’s welcome they do a great job here at this campground I like it a lot

Beautiful and secluded. Quite and peaceful. This was one of the best campgrounds we have been to and we Will be returning! Thanks to the family that owns this campground for making our stay so great. They have a store with a great selection, ice cream and even a breakfast/ lunch dinner menu!

My family and I had a great time at the Middle Creek Campground. It was in close proximity to some fun fishing and my daughter loved the playground. A neighborhood dog roams around loose that is friendly but causes issues with other dogs. Overall we had a great time and look forward to going back.

This is a great place to get away and have fun and relax. They have a pool too they also have two ponds. One you can swim in the other one you can fish and release

Beautiful clean campground tucked into Jefferson National Forest. Took a star off because the young blond girl that checked in was not friendly and did not give a good first impression. Also, the owners dogs were roaming around unleashed and one followed my chocolate lab very closely while we walked her last night. It was agitating to my dog and it followed us into our campsite and wouldn't leave. This morning that same dog and another larger one were out unleashed and followed us and I had to turn around and go back to our camper and put my dog inside. They scared me and made me feel uncomfortable. That said, it's a beautiful campground. We stayed in site 19 and it was marvelous and grassy with a nice fireplace ring, right next to the creek. Neighbor played his acoustic guitar so we had live music too! PS, owner of the campground contacted me and said they would make more of an effort to keep the dogs contained and he also wanted more info about the not so friendly reception we received. I do believe he cares very much about his campground. It's really a lovely place...
