Nick is awesome! He had to assist first responders for a customer and managed to still help people behind the desk. Seen the man jog back to his desk multi tasking for customers. I hope Nick gets a raise in his next opportunity!

Starting process was amazing. Afterwards the staff would purposely ignore phone calls, I traveled 3 hours to get my stuff out of the storage. They reserved the wrong size truck, my door code didn’t work and there was a new lock my unit! I had to go purchase a bolt lock remover because the office conveniently was closed for the day 5 mins after I purchased the Uhaul at 2:37 in the afternoon. Called the “property manager” after speaking to the call center and the number didn’t even work. Don’t waste your money or time.

Great place to store our stuff! Everyone is friendly and it's convenient and safe. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because we've only been there a year and a half and we are already paying $100 more than what we started because every few months they have gone up on us. I would still recommend, just know that it escalates in price quite a bit!

I used to have a storage unit here and was treated with the most respect and professionalism. Always made me feel welcome. My mom still has her unit here and has absolutely no complaints and always tells me how nice the employees are. I’ve rented two trailers in the last month and the process was smooth and quick. Extremely happy the Midgard Self Storage. I definitely recommend Midgard Self Storage. Nothing but smiles and compliments from me.

Most incompetent staff ever! Rude, unprofessional, shoving sandwiches down their throat right at the front desk instead of actually doing work! They screwed up my rental, double charged me, actually Uhaul charged me, but because they provided wrong data to Uhaul, logging me as two day rental even though it was one day! They only had one job and couldn't even get that right. When I came by to resolve it, the staff along with manager, threatened to call police on me for trespassing, because I was "rude" by demanding the overcharges to be refunded. So that's their business model, "steal" money, refuse to sort it out and threaten with police. This location should consider drug testing their staff and/or do mental evaluation prior to hiring.
