Had to use this place while living in a smaller place for a short time and it was always completely clean, the staff was friendly, and they provide flatbed carts to get your stuff in and out.

Reserved a truck online to pickup through my phone in the morning, and truck wasn’t available. Had to wait over an hour in line. Place is highly disorganized. Go somewhere else if you can.

This is the best storage place we have ever used. The guys at the desk were so helpful in finding us a bigger unit when we realized our stuff wouldn’t fit in the one we initially got. Also the place is very clean!!!!

We had intended to use this facility to park our RV when not in use. Unfortunately the RV parking space is a poorly maintained overgrown patch of grass (or patch of mud, if it has recently rained) that sits next to a water retention pond. When we arrived the grass pad had not been mowed well and we had to pull out several large weeds from our area before parking our RV in its spot. Thankfully, we’ve checked out after finding a cheaper and better maintained facility nearby. Beware of the Midgard move-out policy, as they require a 30 day advance notice, which of course they are glad to charge you for. From start to finish, it’s unlike any other large chain storage facility we’ve ever dealt with before.

Dante was amazingly helpful in securing the right storage unit. Morgan too was professional and courteous like Dante. This facility is clean, safe and well organized. It's my best experience ever dealing with moving and storage. Thank you, Midguard! Thank you add on to Lance for hiring top customer service people like Dante and Morgan. It's nice to see hands on management in this new culture shift in the workplace🙂
