Pretty decent, could use some weed eating around the hook ups. Spots are a little tight for our 43 ft MH. Overall a good spot, quiet and clean.

Been here about a week now, plenty of spots open. Do have some fire smoke in the area, but overall its a nice little place. Dirt pads though, could be a pain when it rains. Lucky for me, no rain yet...but its really dry here now too. Great prices for a spot too.

It is definitely a place if you want peace of mind. When we went it was really quiet.

Few regular sites. over flow has cars from rv campers site parked in the dry dock area under trees. They should pay a 2 site fee or dry camp. The horse shoe area is over run with weeds to your knees but around it, is nicely my mowed.
