Nice base. Got a good spot close to the shower. Got a tree for the sunset shade plugged in air conditioners on 85° today in Tucson, Arizona.

There's LOTS of spots- 200+ if you count the dry camp spots also. Although they don't take reservations, you can call and ask about expected availability in the least. The park was not half full (mid- November) for us and it worked out great. There are pull thrus mostly, fine with us. At 30.00/night, we won't complain. As with all military bases, it's secure. Everyone we've met here have been great. The park rents on a daily basis only, but you could stay as long as 6 months consecutively. It was neat, clean and the hookups were perfect. Not every shady, but some spaced do have a partial shaded area. Bathrooms were fine, and also very clean. Everything worked, water hot hot quickly. This was a great stop over... 👍👍👍

Very big campsite with all the amenities. Located next to the area where they store mothballed airplanes, jets, helicopters, bombers, etc, all in perfect shape but wrapped in plastic for a rainy day.

We spend time here each year and always find the management and groundskeeping staff doing a terrific job maintaining the facilities and grounds. The bathrooms, laundry, office and other buildings are always in good order. Dog stations with waste bags always full and find MOST people clean up after their K9 Kids. The grounds keepers are always busy raking, sweeping and keeping the RV spots and surrounding areas clean and ready for use. We are so thankful for your hard work and dedication. Keep up the great work and see you next year!

We were traveling across Arizona and exploring. Stopped here for a few days and ended up being over 2 weeks. Clean restrooms, laundry room, and grounds. Well mannered employees. For the money it is an excellent campground. Several attractions are very close by. Titan Missile Museum, Pima Air and Space museum, and the ride up to MT Lemmon is breathtaking. Military Exchange and Commissary Are within a mile away. We'll be back!

Large and well manicured park. A bit confusing at first. Multiple entrances to the different sections. After hours, check-in process took me a while to understand. Typical military inconvenience. Great dog park and dog walking area. Very clean. Inexpensive. All these benefits, make it easy to tolerate the incredibly negative staff. I greet them every day with smiles and pleasantries, no response🤣. Fascinating. Nothing much to complain about other than the main gate right next to the park is closed on the weekends and you have to drive all the way around to the Swan gate. Weekdays the gate near the park is open. The base itself has lots of amenities. At this time, Walmart still has better prices than the commissary. A little disappointing, but $29 a night for full hook ups in this well manicured park is awesome!

Spent 4 nights at Boneyard Vista on Davis Monthan Air Force Base, and my wife and I thought it was one of the nicest campgrounds we'd stay in since starting our trip on Sept 1, 2022. (we've seen a lot of campgrounds). The old campground is across from the new sites, and the old simply has dirt roads and older hookups. The new side has paved roads, gravel sites, a nice little dog park, and a whole bunch of basic campsites without hookups. Staff is friendly, the whole area is nice and clean, it's quiet, and you have a tremendous view of all the airplanes packed away for storage on the base. If you get a chance I suggest getting a site on the ends of the rows in the new campground; they have a little more space with nice landscaping and plants.

Stopped by on our way from Pennsylvania to San Diego...knowledgeable staff who are very organized and common areas were clean. Dry camped, kind of a disappointment that many full hook up spots were empty even though the front desk said they were full. It is very evident that some campers have been there for months, as their spots looked like a trailer park. Plenty or dry camping spots. Would definitely visit again.

Very clean bathrooms and laundry room. There is plenty of space here and it's always one to fill so make reservations in advance!
