Very friendly staff and fellow RVers, wifi was decent even for online gaming, and park was clean. Generally quiet, which was nice. Didn't have any issues while there, and it was quite affordable for the monthly stays. It's not on base which made getting delivery easy. The only thing is the gravel lot where the exit is very bumpy, so drive slow. Would definitely visit again. Got to see snow in MS!

Last.minute reservation on Memorial Day weekend. Wonderful site with nice shade. It was a bit tight getting our 45’ motorhome in but easily doable. Thanks to Garmin RV GPS for getting us from the interstate with 13’6” clearance!!! Camp host was very helpful and all facilities are excellent. Highly recommend.

This is our second time at this park, and we truly enjoy it. We are currently the camp hosts for the summer and are having a great time meeting all the new campers and helping everyone out. The staff here is wonderful. The park has two bathhouses that are somewhat dated but clean. There are both pull-through and back-in sites available, and each site has a concrete slab and a patio, along with full hookups.

Ok so probably more like an 4.5 *. Our pull in was less than ideal and there is no WiFi , overall it was a quick and easy stopover on our way west. We did not access the restrooms or laundry so I can’t account for that. We were issued slot 47 and are in a 40’er. The roads are pretty narrow and there were vehicles parked all over the place. After having 2 owners move them we were able to swing into the slot. There were outside slots allotted to smaller rigs that could have easily parked into our slot without a problem. The staff and camp host were very friendly and helpful as we maneuvered in. That said, if you’re 40 ft or over, I recommend asking for the slots circled on the map photo as there would likely be no obstruction getting in. There is an enclosed dog park, children’s park and splash pad (which also has covered picnic tables) within walking distance. Would recommend and will be back if we are in the area. For $26 it was worth the price. You can get a beachside slot at another park for about a hundred bucks but well, being on a fixed income we will just drive the rig to the beach and hang out for a couple hours 😊 Oh, I forgot to mention….I had 2 wake up calls from a local train. One at 9:30pm and one at 4:30 am. My hubby didn’t hear them but they woke me up 🚂

Campground is ok. Spaces are close together. Not much space to put out things. The spaces by the front are for big rigs. The ones in the back fit the smaller rigs. They are not level. Bathrooms and laundry room available

This camp truly embraces the community aspect that military campgrounds hold. From the weekly gatherings and breakfasts to the Pickleball outings, this camp is more than just a spot to park your RV. This campground could use a refresh to the bathrooms, but the staff seems to have a handle on keeping them clean. Customer service has been excellent; we have had a wonderful time staying here on multiple occasions.

Improvements led by the campground host and the staff continuously improve Famcamp! Another year, and still a great place.

Overall our stay was a good one. The streets are narrow but the rv space are long. Very quiet and private next to a beautiful park. The VA Hospital is a 5 min. drive and Keesler AFB 24hr gate is 7 minutes from FamCamp. Entertainment ( Casinos, Mall, beach) are within 30 minute drive. If driving from Keesler stay on main road (Pass Rd) follow signs to Hiller Park. Do not enter through the VA Hospital at night the gate is closed. Hope this helps.
