It's the best thing about the whole base these days. Lots of biking trails. Bathhouse is good. Laundry facilities are good. Full Hookup is mint. Not very many amenities but if you're looking for quiet. It doesn't get much quieter.

Nice quiet location clean well maintained sites. Staff is friendly and responsive. Nice little post with a PX and Commissary less than a mile away. Would definitely camp there again thanks for having us

The park is very nice. Bathroom is a tornado shelter, small, 1 shower and very HOT. Apparently my paid in full reservation has been completely tucked up. I was in site 10 originally, the person there didn't leave. When I arrived it was full, I called the office and was directed to site 23. My reservation was changed on the day I arrived to reflect the original reservation arriving on 11 July to 29 July to site 24. Part of that reservation had been cancelled weeks prior to arriving on 21 July through 29 July. My new revised reservation reflected the cancelled portion in site 24 and still active portion in site 23. But I'm continuously told by camp hosts that I'm in the wrong site, and I should be leaving on Saturday. The park office hasn't actually updated their records in a timely manner. Park us great, reservations seem to be haphazard at best.

The Wi-Fi barely works and the kids playground has taken apart right now

The people who come to camp here are Amazon. The conversation and the history will leaving you smiling. The people who schedule need some assistance in scheduling.. many on site feel this way. You cannot stay here, on site-for a season unless you are okay with moving spots several times. Sometimes two day for 6 weeks stay. It’s tough when you see sights empty with no incoming traffics and you could have stayed until the weekend and not taken a day off work to move sites.

4 stars only because there was no shade, except around the perimeter of the park. And we were there during 100° weather in August! Other than that, it was all level concrete pull through sites with full electric, water and sewer connections. The price was right, just enough seclusion from the post and from the town, yet the Exchange and Commissary were close enough to walk to if you wanted to.

Peaceful, quiet, and very roomy in between sites. All are pull through and enough grassy areas for kids to run around and play games. There are plenty of sites to choose from, great for active duty and retired military. I would recommend this place, hands down, and I plan on coming back again.
