Clean, well lit and secure. The owner Scott is friendly and very helpful. With secure entry and 24hr surveillance, I feel comfortable leaving my trailer here. I would recommend this storage location to anyone looking for a safe secure location.

The storage facility premises is clean and organized nicely. It's well lit, multiple cameras throughout and razor wire fence...safe to say my travel trailer will be secure there. The hours that we are able to come and go are between 4am and 10pm, those hours are fantastic in my opinion as we like to hit the road early. We had the choice of paying monthly or yearly which was nice. Scott was extremely helpful and very nice. It's located conveniently in the middle of Friant and it's close to mayor highways so it's easy to get on the open road. I will gladly give this place my money.

I've been renting a space (boat) for a few years now. Previously I was with a different storage facility and experienced all the dreaded challenges that come with huge facilities such as theft, limited hours, tight spacing, nails, etc. I have none of these issues here and the owner is always available when needed and always knows what's happening on the grounds. I recently left my new $80 Yeti container at the storage facility and received a phone call the next day from Scott (owner) asking if it belonged to me. Wow! He operates his business with integrity, the hours are perfect for me and the facility is very secure. Also, it's 3 mins from the Millerton and an easy drive to Eastman Lake. I make sure to prepay well in advance to secure a spot here.

I just renewed my boat space rental for another year, and added the mini storage unit as we are moving. Scott has been amazing to work with, is always available to help. The rates are very fair and we have had absolutely no problems as the place is well lit and secure with cameras. I highly recommend Millerton Storage in Friant!
