They seem friendly and courteous people until they auctioned one of our units cause of $312.00 even when I visited them and pleaded to give some more time to pay up. My wife called to pay for the unit, they told her the unit was sold but further investigation revealed the unit was auctioned after the attempt to pay. Contents in the unit was worth thousands of dollars, I wrote them to remit the excess proceeds from the auction according to the Maryland Self Storage Act , they refused to remit the excess to date. Prices are great if you book online through storage.com and use your AAA card. Free truck use on move-in but the truck was so dirty I am sure Covid-19 was in there in addition to any other germs you can think of - I was afraid. I didn't see any climate controlled units. The office staff is professional and polite.

We received awesome customer service and free use of their moving truck which was extremely useful! Their storage facilities are truly affordable as their competitors were charging a minimum of 50% more. No problems here...nothing but love for the staff! Give them a call or better yet, just stop in! If you need safe storage solutions, give Mini U Storage a try...you'll get a lot of bang for your hard-earned buck!
