We stayed here a couple of weeks ago on our way to Colorado. We were quite impressed with this campground. The sites are closer than we tend to like but the layout and the plantings helped it seem less open. We found the restrooms and showers to be very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They will escort you to your campsite as well as deliver your firewood to you if you purchase some. And they pick up your bags of trash at your campsite. Impressive! They have lots of amenities such as pool, hot tub, laundry, group fire tables, store...and probably more. We only stayed one night so we didn't take advantage of all of the goodies. It was all very clean and seems to be very well managed. The showers could maybe use a mirror in the room, but the private shower space was really nice. If we make it back to Moab for a longer stay, we will certainly stay here.

Customer service was above and beyond expectations. Wendy was able to give us a great RV site and extend our stay by 2 extra days. Staff recommended places to eat and scenic drives. Site had greats views, close to the bathrooms. It was clean, lots of room between RVs. It was quiet & safe. Off the highway. Highly recommended.

Great Stay at Moab KOA! We had a wonderful stay at the KOA in Moab! The campground was very clean, and the sites were nicely spaced with some trees in between for shade and privacy. The scenery was absolutely amazing — a beautiful backdrop to relax and enjoy. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we really appreciated that they escort you to your site, which is a nice touch. Our pull-through site fit our Class A motorhome and flat-tow Jeep perfectly, and we didn’t even need to unhook since we were only staying overnight. The office was clean and well maintained, and the overall experience was excellent. We’re already planning

We just spent a long weekend there and everything was fantastic! The staff, location and pool. Everyone was very friendly, Ginny got us a Deluxe Pull through spot as one opened up when we got there and it was fantastic-she was very helpful. I would recommend this KOA. I am literally booking next years trip as I write this. They had everything you could need. The pool was a big hit with our kids and it was nice it was still open in October.

Possibly my favourite KOA so far! Lovely campsite filled with trees. The pool is huge and nice. The staff is super friendly, and the small store is very practical. The bathroom is a little dated, warm, and humid, but everything works well and the private bathrooms are nice. The KOA is also located very practically. The thing I love most about this KOA are its fun touches; things like the yellow KOA Jeeps driving around, activities organised by the staff, the 'chilling' area with fires in the evenings, the small red van by the pool that sells ice-cream and pool toys, et cetera. It was also very lively and fun when we were there.

Great accommodating staff. Road noise is a problem on some sites. Overall awesome place, love the pool and snack shack. Great place for families.

Joe showed us to our campsite and was very friendly to everyone. If we needed anything he took care of it. His wife in the office was also very sweet. Nikita from Wisconsin was a packer fan and she worked at the bar. She was also very nice. The pool and hot tub were heated and warm. Kids could have their float toys and play catch in pool. The sites were clean and level. The washer and dryer worked great. Showers were nice hot and decent pressure. They have Uber/lift and the guy drives a Jeep if you don’t have a car and need a ride to/from town. The cabins look very clean and modern, the tent sites looked good. We extended our stay at the campground couple days because we enjoyed it so much and the Staff accommodated the request with no issues. Definitely come back to this location if we pass through again.

First time staying here and we'll definitely be back. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms/showers, and a great pool area. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was here and look forward to coming back again soon!

I hope you guys won’t have an emergency or need help after 8pm, cause no one is going to answer their emergency phone line or call you back . We booked the Deluxe cabin, the one that have a shower . We hiked all day and had little kids with us . In the evening we tried to turn the water on and discovered there was no hot water ( it’s been 30f) so cold shower was out of the question. We called the emergency line , no one answered or called us back . The next day I came to the office and told them. There was no apology , none. The girl simply told me “well , did you ran the water for 15 min?” I asked her why they didn’t post a sign or let us know on our welcome paperwork . She also told me they only check the voicemail in the morning so no one would have called me at 9 pm when I left a voicemail. Im sorry but for over $250 a night I would expect to at least have a hot shower, or to have someone who care enough to call back .

My fiancé and I have stayed at many KOA campgrounds over the years. This was the first one we haven’t liked. The campsites don’t come with fire pits and they charge you for them. Wood was $8/bundle and they were going to charge us $40 for the fire pit and the bundle of wood. Every other KOA we’ve stayed at has had a fire pit free to use. The bathrooms weren’t the cleanest and the tent sites are very rocky. The staff seemed pretty rude, especially when we told them we would pass on the firewood and fire pit due to the price and staying at the campground for a couple of days. Overall pretty unhappy with our experience and will definitely look elsewhere our next trip around.
