This place has been trashed since Randall Henley bought it. All his rentals are meth lab explosion trailers, if they don't burn to the ground he continues to rent them, Its a nuisance to Talladega county and should be condemned by the state health department.

I would not move into this park ..the landlord Randell will turn your power off ..and will not turn it back on as well as not fix anything and if he does he dose a bad job ..to fix a hole he stuffs it with paper or plastic bags and then fills it the rest of the way up with the orange foam

Every trailer out here is trash. Not up to code, fire hazards. Black mold in the walls. Constantly something tearing up. Can’t get him to fix anything.

800 a month for a trashed house? LOL. "Havent had time to get it cleaned up yet" ... um it's been up for rent for 3 years how have you not had time?

This park is a joke I tried to make it better but there is just to much to fix it all. The owner of this park wants to just patch things so he can rent them. All he cares about is the money rather the getting the proper tools and equipment to make needed repairs. I know this first hand from being the maintenance at this park . The owner is shady and crooked and even stoops to breaking the law to bully and harrass people in this park. When all the maintenance got to be to much being the only person doing all this it wares you down and you get tired working 7 days a week trying to keep all the repairs up and then also having to push mow about 3 to 4 acres of grass at least once a week. Along with showing these places to get them rented. After doing this for almost a year I got burned out and ended up getting fired. Because I was not moving anymore furniture with out proper equipment . And now the owner has a new maintenance and he has been harrassing and belittling myself my wife and any company that comes to visit by taking pictures or telling the they can be here or accusing us of things that we are not doing. It has gotten ridiculous that we have to be trapped in our home because if we do we are harressed like we are second class citizen and I promise there is going to be something done about if it's the last thing I do. And I have picture to back my story here's just a few

My name is Elizabeth Osborn. My husband and I live on 219 Wright LN lot 11. I am telling everyone that is looking for a place to rent. Please do not come to this mobile home park. You will have a slum Lord for a landlord and all of these trailers are not up to code or up to date. I have lived here since 11/17. I moved into lot 10 first and now lot 11. I have asked Randall time and time again about my floors because just about every one the trailers floors are falling in. And that is in every trailer. Randall Henly is the owner of this place people call this 219 Wright LN the trailer hood. I am not writing this because I have been evicted yet. Our last maintenance man Jeff Grayson was shot by one of Randall's tenants that is still here today. So if anyone is thinking about moving here Dont. This is not a place to have or raise your children and this isn't a quiet mobile home park at all.And Randall Henly isn't a person that you won't to rent from. Because even if you have kids or animals he will cut your power off. Are like he tried to do to us when we were the maintenance. Cut peoples power box off. And he knows that is against the law to do. And we would go to jail. But he didn't have to worry about it because he lives in Lawrenceville Georgia and will not come to the park unless he is taking someone to court. So what he is doing now is calling Alabama power and having your power cut off. But if you know the law he can't do that while he is evicting you. It is the law.
