This storage will lock you in. I mean there is NO way OUT! Even tho there is a manager or onsite office person lives on the property. They don't answer the door or phone or messages. The gate locks at 10:00pm if your inside your stuck unless u want to climb the iron bar gate or there's the chain link fence with the razor wire along the top!

The manager is very kind and polite she was able to help me get situated when I needed it. Was helpful every time I was by the office. Was able to close my account quickly and efficiently when I was done using their services. She also has a great sense of humor. I will be returning when I need a storage unit next time first place I will stop.
