We had an extended stay waiting for the Yosemite park road to open. Stayed 3 nights, The lady at check in was over the top helpful and the park is clean, quiet and Well organized. Highly recommended for the location as well. Book ahead cause I'm sure I'm season it's popular.

October 2025. I can only rate what was available during my stay. They had a broken sewer line so no bathrooms or showers. Ordinarily those would have been there. I was told ahead of time. The sites are very close together. Thankfully no wood burning was allowed. It was very quiet. Folks seemed to go to bed early. I (a vanlifer), was kinda stuck in with huge RVs. They were very unfriendly. Snobs really. I do wish there were sort of separate spots for just vans and car campers. They did have a better setup for tenters. Kinda away from the big trailers. The power in my site worked very well. The water was very clear but had a strong metal taste. Didn't make me sick. But hard to drink. The area is unbelievably beautiful. I went to Mono Lake to see the tufas. I could have taken pictures all day! The mountains were just getting frosted white on the peaks. So so beautiful. Worth the stop on my way to Yosemite! The lady in the office was kind and pleasant to deal with. I would stay again. (And rate the bathrooms of course.) I'd just be more choosy about my site. I love my fellow vanners!

Please be aware that as of mid-September 2025 the septic system at this RV Park is not operating so the bathrooms, showers and laundry are closed. Portable toilets are available. No discount was offered. If you have a big RV you should be fine, since they have a dump station working. Otherwise the location is convenient and the sites are nice.

Great location for exploring the Eastern Sierra! Easy to get into my back-in site. Only reason I didn't give give 5 stars is the Laundry/Showers/Restrooms were out of service due to a sewer issue. I had to go to June Lake to do laundry. I always use my own bathroom so that didn't bother me at all.

We came to Mono lake to go to Yosemite national park, looking for a campground we found Mono vista Rv park. The location close to Yosemite, mammoth lakes, June lake and other lakes was perfect. The campsites are gravel but elevated and very clean. Barbara who greeted us and helped us kindly is a big plus for this campground. The showers , laundry and toilets were clean and very convenient. I will recommend this campground for whoever wants to go to Yosemite since Tioga Road is only 3/4 mile away from it. I am grateful to find this place and come back here for the future trips to the area.

Camped here at one of their tent sites. They are one of the few places that actually have grass sites making it really nice and clean to tent camp. They have laundry facilities and provide a token for the showers. I come back every year and love it here. The only down side is for tent camping you need to pay via check (no electronic transactions), you'll have to call to reserve and mail in the check.

The cutest, friendliest, most welcoming RV park! Called late in the day, said she had a spot for me, and did business in the morning! No million questions, application, deposit, no pet interrogation or any of the other insane requests parks have nowadays. Friendly, warm, welcoming, homey, cozy park! Barbara was wonderful, great maintenance/owners! I didn't realize I was down the road from Yosemite and even though it was a Friday, she got another spot for me thru the whole weekend!! Quiet, no partiers, barking dogs, etc, just peaceful and relaxing. And shady trees!! Very family friendly, nice store, modern laundromat, very well maintained property! Walking distance to Mono Lake AND the cutest little "downtown"! Excellent location, easy in and out, I just can't say enough good things about this park! I will stay again on my way back north! Highly recommend!

There aren't rooms as it is an RV Park. They have public showers with tokens for the hot water. But the water pressure is amazing, and I didn't need the full 5 minutes. The rv sites are sloped, but I was able to level my trailer easily enough. It's right off the highway, but the sites are set back enough that you hardly hear any traffic. I actually stayed an extra day because I wanted to rest after days of driving, and the price was low enough to afford easily. They are a neat and clean rv park. Also has laundry options on site as well.

Very clean and well organized Campground. Great place to stay on your way on 395 or Yosemite. I checked in after office was closed and it was really easy to do. Clean place with clean Showers and Bathrooms. Just remember they only take cash or check.

Update to first post. - This campground sucks! Huge groups! Cold showers! - Office hours sucks! This is a convenient location to get into Yosemite national Park. Just be aware that the campground only takes cash. I booked this site for three days several months ago. You will need to put a deposit down for at least one day to hold the sites. Check in time is at 1 PM, no exceptions. The only negative I would say is that the check in girl was not very friendly. She kind of was smart with some of her answers to our questions. Other than that, I would recommend.
