Only went there for bait. They have many options for live bait and other options as well. Great shop right on Lake Greenwood. I'll go back.

Camper was being stored here. Tires and rims, propane tanks, and battery were all stolen! When we FINALLY got ahold of Mike about it he promised everything would be replaced before we came up from Florida to get it. Well….he put tires and rims on it but one was completely bald and the other was busted. He literally put it on with the hole and wires facing the dirt to look as if it was a good tire. When we got there….we had to go buy two new tires. No propane tanks ….no battery. Just unbelievable.

WOW what a beautiful RV site ‼️ This is a boat marina with what seems a few transient sites so we feel so fortunate that we got this spot for a night. The rest of the RVs look permanent and very well maintained. The ladies in the office were friendly and very hospital. If you can land the site we were on you'll have a big, grassy yard that is built-up overlooking the water. There's a couple of boat ramps to access the Saluda River. There's a huge covered picnic pavilion overlooking the water. Their cute little general store has practically everything convenience you might need. Wish I took a picture in there to share. Dog friendly. Big RV friendly (at least the site we were on is). Wish we could have stayed for longer.

I called asking what the monthly rates are and the dude on the phone lost his mind and asked "who the F I was asking me that." Like somehow asking for the monthly rates on an RV park is offensive? I was so beyond confused, he must have been drunk. Off that interaction alone, I would never stay here. Edit: Changing this to a 5 star because I realize this is New Moon in S.C. and I was referring to the one in KY. My apology to the owners.

This is a hidden gem. We were in site 3 with a great view of Lake Greenwood. The park is very clean and you can tell that they care. The customer service from Regina and Josh were excellent. The park does have many stationary full time units. The units are in good shape and many are covered with a aluminum shelters. The community is friendly. The park was empty on Thursday when we arrived, but on the weekend it livened up and the people were so friendly. If you want a peaceful stay at a nice park with a great rate this is the place for you! Lot 3 was very large and level. Did I mention the view, sunrise was the best! The propane was cheap too. Josh is one of the owners and he took great care of us!

I stayed here for 3 months on a travel nurse contract. Not only was the owner and his family accommodating, they quickly became like a second family. Lake Greenwood was a beautiful lake. It was quiet, beautiful and peaceful. All the neighbors were friendly and inviting. I can't wait to go back and visit some more. I can't recommend this spot enough. !!

Nicest people you'll ever meet. Quite and friendly campers and trust worthy. You can leave rods out or coolers and nobody will bother your property. We've had a permanent spot there going on 4 years now.
