We stay here almost every year for a few nights visiting a friend. It's a quiet park with lots of trees surrounding it, which is hard to find in this part of Arizona. Our most recent stay we were disappointed with conditions, unlike other stays. Supposedly they had wi-fi, but we could never get connected. Very hit or miss. The laundry room had been out of service all winter, but they never told us this when we reserved. They haven't even cleaned up the mess from the hole in the outside wall! Stucco bits all over the ground & across the walking path to bathrooms. Some of the trees look in need of TLC. It would be a shame to lose them. It's a shame the new owners have not kept up with maintenance in this lovely little park.

Very pleasant RV park. Quiet, clean, picnic tables, laundry facilities and a swimming pool. They even have a small store. I would definitely stay again.

Great 55+ campground. Showers were immaculate. Everything was great here! Cute little store with any forgotten items available for purchase. The pool could use a fresh coat of paint, but it is clean and heated, so it's VERY refreshing!!!

Looks like an awesome resort. People are so friendly there and we think we’re going to have an incredible winter. Look forward to meeting everyone in the park.

Stayed here for the first time last weekend. Friendly staff that answered all the questions we had about off-roading in the area. Restrooms/ showers were extremely clean. All our neighbors were very nice, and everybody waves! We have never stayed at an age restricted place before, but now that we are in our 60's we loved the quiet nights! We cant wait to come back to Moon River!

I give this review after having to move my sister out of this community. From what I seen the management of this facility is grossly incompetent. The management just changed hands and I'm not sure if the staff fully know what they are doing, or have any idea of what maintenance needs to be done to insure the safety of their residents. The park is set in a grove of trees, providing shade in the hot months.... But this winter their lack of keeping the trees trimmed and ignorance of what a falling branch might do to one of the residents of the park. Not to mention the bad attitude of the manager of the park... I would be wary of living in said park due to the entitled Karen they call management... But that's just my opinion.

We are very happy with this park. 55 plus only. Quiet at night. Lots of clubhouse activities, close to SXS trails. Just minutes from town of Bullhead City but out in the country. Closest highway is 95 but not right next to you so no real highway noise issues. Lots of trees here which is rare in this area. We booked this park with low expectations because we aren't really into resort type atmosphere at the higher end $$ spots in the area and we are more than happy with our decision, so much so we have booked our spot permanently for the next year and leaving our camper on our spot with their 6 months on 6 months off deal.

Love the people here. The managers are great people. The park is very friendly and a great location for access to the Colorado River and areas for four wheelers. Will stay here again next time we're in the area. Great prices for monthly space rates and electricty. You'll love that when it's hot.
