Shout out to Ms. Junie for helping me get the best size unit for my belongings. She was so patient with me because I was going through a lot n she sat there and listen and I needed her to do that. This place is aces all the way aound! I ordered a ground floor unit online in about 5 minutes. Then I stopped by the office, in-person, to get my code, lock and paperwork. Anthony (property manager) was fast, thorough, helpful, professional and friendly - a great face for the company. My unit was super clean and easy to get to. Well lit & safe. My movers, who came in a moving van, pulled right up to the loading dock & voila! So easy. I highly, highly recommend this facility.

When I first walk inside the office Ms. Junie greeted me with a big smile I came into the office looking for a storage unit to put my belongings in and she suggested a 5x8 unit #2707 and it works great for me. She gave me a tour around the facility and she answered all my questions and she was patient. Her customer service is amazing & rare 12 stars thank you for assisting me today. I will definitely recommend Morena store to family n friends ask for Junie to assist you :)

When I first walked in to the office I was acknowledged right away and was told I was going to have to wait so I could take a seat. I was offered water and made me feel comfortable as I waited. Customer service was very good. If Customer service is a must for you, like it is for me then this is a place you want to look into when you need a storage unit. Anthony was the person who helped me. Way to go Anthony great customer service!
