I just want to acknowledge the team at this location in Buckhead. I've rented a unit there since 2018. There has never been a single instance when they have not exceeded my expectations. Over the past 4 years I've needed help with almost everything! And, every single time I've been met with kindness, helpfulness, diligence, & consistency. I'm not easily wowed but, this team has done it over and over again. I leave no one out in this. The manager, staff that runs the office, & maintenance guy all have been amazing on each encounter. I don't know if they are living up to the standard of Morningstar, the leadership in this location or their own standards. But, whatever it is, they possess what I think every person hopes for when they ask for help. I hope that each of them know how much I appreciate them and their efforts. I am a real customer who had unit 5041. Thanks for everything and wish you all the very best in the coming year.

Mr. Darvin (Gen. Mgr.) is amazing literally goes out of this way for everyone who gets a storage unit here , everyone is so friendly and willing to help this has been the most seamless experience ever . Amazing team and wonderful place to store your belongings .

My experience at Morningstar Storage was excellent. So many services and businesses feel like they’re trying to squeeze every penny out of you that they can, but Morningstar was happy to set my payment schedule up in a way that saved me money and worked for my schedule. The facilities were always spotless, and the property manager Darvin was incredibly courteous and friendly. Excellent experience overall.

I truly enjoyed using the storage space, it was convenient, clean, safe and I love the limited access unless you have security codes. The staff was always friendly and I enjoyed hearing from the very nice, helpful and involved manager about the enhanced precautions and security features being implemented. I would absolutely use the space again in the future. Well done Morningstar buckhead.
