I went to my unit to look for something it was hard to find it and my phone was dying there's an outlet near my unit. A worker will manager or whatever came down to on my floor told me I could not use that outlet and said it's only for the company use I pay $180 something dollars a month and I can't use a outlet to charge my dying phone. The person that was with me while I was looking for what I was looking for she saw them and said there's no socializing in units. 🤔 Socializing if I wanted to socialize I'll go to a bar there's plenty around this unit that I can frequent. Got to go phone is dying writing this review.

Dominic was very informative, and polite, great guest service. She was helping a customer on the phone when we arrived. Dominic acknowledged our presence by letting us know she would be with us shortly. Within 30 minutes. I rented a really great space. Thanks Morningstar Storage

The customer service provided by Joaina and her team creates value for me. I like that I can call and talk to someone during business hours. Automation is great, but sometimes you just need to talk to a local, onsite human! I appreciate the way they conduct business.

Great staff, each encounter with them has been positive. I was advised on where to park to get to my unit. I had my daughter with me when taking items to my unit. The guy was nice enough to push my cart to the unit, he also warned me about the ppl hanging outside and advised me to be vigilant and if ever I felt unsafe call the police for help if the office wasn’t open. Pricing was fair. I was told about all fees upfront! Great location and Unit!! Highly Recommend!!

I was extremely disappointed in my experience. I was told over the phone the unit size I needed was $70 a month. I arrived and they had made a mistake on the price, and it's actually $99. WATCH OUT for HIDDEN FEES. They do not tell you until you're signing paperwork that there's also a Facility Fee of $25 per month and insurance of $8 per month. They have strategically (conveniently) changed all their hardware on their units to accommodate cylinder locks only...no more master locks that you can bring from home. You have to buy that too for a whopping $21. Of course, they don't tell you this over the phone either. There is ZERO transparency with this company. My total bill when I checked out was over double what I was quoted on the phone...$154.61. Shameful!!
