UPDATE: I just moved out of my unit due to an out-of-state move. During the 4 months that I used Morningstar, I always had great experiences with customer service, and never had a single issue with my unit. All of my stored belongings were in great condition upon moving-out, and they didn't ever have a musky smell or any damage, even amidst the terrible weather we had. I would highly recommend using Morningstar to anyone!! :) I'm a new renter, but so far the customer service has been great! I had no problems getting into my unit, and was also assigned a super convenient location. I'll also note that they provide you with at least 3 back-up keys for the storage lock. I'm sure that will come in handy eventually. :)
