Moved in today. Seems to be a good site. Have several amenities. Trash, wifi, bath houses, washer/dryers, and mail delivery. Super convenient to alot of stores and retail. Yes its right next to interstate, but u tune the traffic out. The ladies that work in the office are super helpful and do whatever they can to help u out. Super Thankful thus far. This place is our Thank You Lord Moment for today. Well been here a couple months... everyone is very nice thus far that we have encountered. The dogs love taking strolls everyday. No complaints thus far... Had my first run in with a rude lady. She cussed me for everything im worth for my dog having diarrhea adjacent from her trailer, which noone lives in the sections. But its okay. I said I nice prayer for God to bless her...

The girls at check in were very pleasant and helpful, our site was clean and as I see the whole park looks maintained, even without a doggie park the area where you walk you dogs have plenty of trees for shade, very good place for an overnight stay, easy access. Just remember you have to go through the Sunoco parking lot and down a dirt road that is excellent shape.

The woman manager was very nice and helpful. We we're passing through so we stayed one night. The place is old and needs some updating but the men's bathroom and shower were clean. I didn't use the women's so not sure about that. We have a 45 ft long fifth wheel which we did fit into and the space was wide but the roads and spaces need leveling out. Way too many potholes and rocks. Looks like a lot of full-time residents. No one bothered us. Location is great right off the I-40. Gave 3 star because of the manager and the location. Would stay again only if last option.

Paid 1050 to live here month to month. Lived here 2 months, gave them a 30 day notice, deep cleaned the place before I left and they took my whole deposit and charged me an extra 500. They said it was because they couldn't rent it out until a month later. Which has nothing to do with me! Really nasty place with bad management and rude staff. They came in and took pictures 2 days before my move out date and used that as "evidence". We were in the process of moving, it's going to be messy! The place was spotless when we left. I have proof but no lawyers in morrilton will work against them. Sad .I tried to bring up my concerns once and she threatened to call the cops on me. A bunch of crackheads here. They seen I had money and took advantage. Awful disgraceful place. Very disappointed.

Friendly, down to earth staff and safe location within walking distance to a convenience store. I stayed in a cabin overnight and it was only $45. There was parking, front porch, and close access to showers and bathroom. Only thing to know—if you stay in a cabin you should bring your own pillow/blankets/sheets. The mattresses have covers but no bedding.

Was ok for overnight stop just off interstate. But could definitely use some maintenance. The outlet on my spot was melted. Fortunately the spot next to us was empty and the plug was ok. So I was able to use it.

The man at the front was very nice and obviously working hard to clean up the park. It appears as if it was neglected but has new owners so it has great promise! The park itself is quiet but the highway beside it is not!

Our stay was only one night. Quiet and site was fine. The ownership doesn't seem to care about day to day operations as they've recently lost an employee and daily duties left to a capable, but inexperienced person. Seems like a lot of "residents" and they don't communicate with owner on moving around or site problems. Sites have new plumbing but no other TLC. Campground has lots of potential for someone who will invest in it. Road leading into park is torn up. Entrance is through gas station (should get city approval for direct access). We see lots of potential for the right owners!!!
