The staff member who checked us in was incredible and extremely nice. This was our 5th time staying here at the R.V. park. We go down every year to stay and visit friends. Will continue our yearly trip here!!

Our favorite place in Pagosa. We have been coming for six years for two months in the summer. The park is spacious, convenient to Pagosa highlights and restaurants, with good cell and WiFi service. It has a great mountain feel and we look forward to it every year. They have always been gracious hosts.

We had some guest in town and their kids were in thier vehicle (Tesla) watching Netflix past 8 and in bed by 10. The manager had them kicked out for the noise. Thats super ridicoulus for a seasonal summer RV spot.

Went here with my wife was going to inquire about a stall for a week or so but wow the lady in the office was talking on the phone to a guest about something and she was being very rude and abrupt. She promptly looked up at me and said you're going to have to wait a minute. Very short and aggressive. I can't believe someone in the customer service industry would act in such a manner. So unprofessional. Thank God I dodged that bullet. As we were leaving we were speaking to another guest who was also fed up with the attitude of the staff. They told me I should look elsewhere if I wanted a good experience. I'm glad I listened We ended out going somewhere else. Too bad too. Looks like a good location. It's a story as old as time. Poor customer service. And rudeness for no reason

We made our reservations 6 months in advance, but life happened, and we had to change our dates, even 2 days before. They were very kind and accommodating. Our RV site 7 was 40' long and very wide. The park has a coded entry gate, and very clean bathrooms and laundromat with 2 washers with 2 dryers (bring quarters). We stayed 1 week, but would like to stay for 3 weeks next year. It was quiet with friendly neighbors, who know how to clean up after their dogs! The dog park was rustic, but clean and secure for my little pups.

I just stayed four day here and it was so relaxing and clean. Staff were friendly and it everything I needed. I appreciate having a nice, quiet hotel and my dog loved it too. Thanks you all.

I recently stayed at Mountain Landing for an extended time. My expectations were exceeded - everything was very well-maintained and clean, the staff was helpful and courteous while allowing me my privacy, internet access and the laundry room worked flawlessly - all in all I would highly recommend to anyone that they stay at Mountain Landing for either work or play. Thank you!

Friendly front desk staff. Our room (110, 2B/2Ba) was basic but fit our needs. Great location south of town, close to City Market and Walmart. We stayed here and drove to Wolf Creek to ski. It's about a 30 minute drive to the mountain.

Mountain Landings RV and cabins in Pagosa Springs is hands-down our favorite place to stay! We’ve experienced both the cozy cabins and the spacious RV spots, and both are top-notch. The cabins are clean, comfortable, and perfect for both short getaways and longer stays, while the RV sites are well-laid-out with plenty of space. The property is thoughtfully designed, with great amenities like clean bathrooms, showers, and a washer/dryer that make traveling so much easier. What truly sets this place apart is its central location, making it convenient to explore everything Pagosa Springs has to offer. Plus, it’s family-owned, and you can tell they put so much care into everything. This is our go-to spot whenever we’re in the area. Highly recommended!

We came at the end of the season and they stayed open for an extra day to accommodate us. The staff friendly the park has great spaces not too close (although we were the only ones). Bathrooms clean, hot showers. No freeway noise. Just us and the deer and beautiful sunsets. I can't review when it's in season but for us it was perfect and would definitely stay again. Very close to Pagosa Springs which is a delightful town with many hot springs.
