This RV campground is horrible. From highering there rent for this place that expresses how much they do and they are not honest. They have purchased gym 🏋️♂️ equipment , not having proper insurance. Everything here is not done right. It's half ass. Sadly 😥 we have seen neighbors. Complain as well as they have gotten property damage from the lawn company that come here and they are not insured as well.its crazy they broke a windshield and the office and management doesn't want to respond or give any care. Please ask around when you come and get honest reviews. They higher the rent and can't even have someone come clean and sanitize the for the showers. It's disgusting. They have people that are seniors and they're trying to do the job , but all they're doing is just going in golf carts and being lazy , not getting stuff done.!!! It's crazy and honestly sad so you don't see people deserve there stay here. Look around, why do you think they are doing a 3 month no rent covered 🤔. Do not recommend to anyone. ‼️‼️‼️‼️
Big Beautiful Tomorrow
We absolutely love it here. The staff in the office is responsive, respectful and all around amazing! We have been visiting here for a few years and now have an annual lot for the past year and half. With the recent changes on I-4 you can reach Disney World most days in 10 to 20 minutes and Universal parks in 20 to 30 mins. The location of this park is fantastic with groceries, gas, and restaurants all on the same road and within 1 to 2 miles.

The location is unbeatable — tucked away enough to feel peaceful, yet just minutes from major attractions, shopping, and dining. Whether you’re in town for Disney, golf, or just soaking up the Florida sun, this is the perfect home base. The staff deserves a special shout-out for being friendly, professional, and always helpful. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to extend your stay — or even come back for the season!

My family pays for two long-term sites at this park. We have had several issues with the manager that we have reported to their corporate offices multiple times, but to no avail. The latest was this past week when people were trying to get buttoned up for hurricane Milton, which was expected to be a very large hurricane. While we were outside anchoring both trailers down and buttoning up everything else that is outside in case of high winds, the manager took the opportunity to drive up on his golf cart to yell at us. Not the first time this has happened to my family. And this instead of spending his time preparing the park for the forthcoming hurricane. Turns out it was a big one, and the high winds did some damage in parts of the park. Luckily my son had gone through the park and taken care of the picnic tables so they wouldn’t blow around. Essentially looking out for his neighbors. I have never been treated like this manager treated me in a business setting, or even seen customers treated the way the manager of this park has treated my family. If you’re looking for short-term or long-term RV space, KEEP LOOKING! I am attaching photos we took after hurricane Milton. Powerful winds caused severe damage, and blew big trailers off their blocks and bent/damaged jacks and other parts of them. This is what the manager should have been preparing for instead of yelling at us and others…

This was a great little hideout for us during hurricane helene. Only complaint is that it is not easy to squeeze a massive rig in here. But it is clean and well kept and in a beautiful area.

The showers have no hot water. The parking spaces are incredibly cramped making it extremely difficult to back a camper in. The showers don't even have doors for privacy. They have a flimsy curtain. In addition, they don't even have a bench to put your stuff on when showering, so good luck keeping your clothes dry or having any privacy whatsoever when dressing or undressing. They also do not have any accessible showers, so if you're in a wheelchair, you're screwed. *EDIT since I can't reply to the owner's reply* The water from the shower flooded the hall immediately outside the bath area, and I had to walk out to the entrance by the sink in order to dress without my clean clothes getting wet. There was no privacy. As for their claim about the accessibility showers, there is a step up to even enter the shower itself, with nowhere to sit, so it actually isn't accessible. It may have a removable shower head, but someone in a wheelchair still cannot use it. At the end of the day, the showers are a joke. The water floods out making the hall area a danger to walk in, you cannot get dressed or undressed with any semblance of privacy, and the showers in the bathhouse I used were not remotely accessible. *Edit 2* I did have some hot water this time, so that was an improvement, but as you can see from the pictures and video I attached, the statement about level ground and removable shower heads for accessibility was an outright lie. I need to check the other bathhouse to see if it is any better. *Edit 3* There is definitely more privacy in the 2nd bathroom, however there is a step DOWN into each shower, and as previously mentioned with the other bathroom, the claim about removable shower heads is a blatant lie.

My family and I had a wonderful time, we pulled in and a nice young man who had a beard and drove a beautiful Harley assisted us with our paperwork. We had a beautiful spot on the corner #63 I believe on a nice cobblestone pad. The park had showers in 2 locations, laundry (which we used) it worked great and the pool which was nice to help cool you off. The price was excellent to and we are SO happy with our choice. We will definitely be back, so thank you for making our stay at your park a great one! Your Canadian friends!

We love this park everyone is friendly and the amenities are clean. They are going through a rebuild but the sites are nice. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The staff is friendly and helpful. This rv resort is kept clean and up to date. The pool is mint, the laundry room and restrooms are always kept tidy. We have had no issues here . We would recommend this rv resort, and definitely plan on staying here again in the future. We loved this place along with the families we have met.
