This is a small RV park associated with a small hotel. It has full hookups but also a bathroom and laundry. Easy pull-in level rv spot with plenty of space. It is located on route 89 approximately 20-30 minutes from Zion National Park and the drive to the park was beautiful!

Staying at Mt. Carmel motel was one of the best decisions I made for my short and sweet trip. It was everything I wanted, clean, affordable, simple, and easy. It had everything I needed. The mini fridge and coffee maker were a definite plus and not something I expected for how inexpensive my room was. The staff was super helpful and communicative with every question and concern I had. Check in and check out was quick and easy with the lock box key. I did not have to waste any time checking in or out which was a huge deal for me because I wanted to maximize my time exploring the area. As a solo traveler it felt quiet and safe. It was about half an hour to forty minutes to get to Zion park, the drive goes very quick because of how scenic it is and it’s a straight shot to get there. I highly recommend. I will be staying again in the future, hopefully. If you plan to stay here, I hope you enjoy it and are respectful to this well maintained and loved old motel. They are hard to come by. Safe travels!

This little motel was great for our family’s needs. We needed a place to spend the night after spending the day in Zion NP. The location was so convenient. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. There was a binder filled with so much information on surrounding sites to see. They let us check in early to drop our bags off before we went to the park.

The Cabin at the Mt. Carmel RV park is fantastic. Great location, quiet in a beautiful setting. The cabin is cozy and spacious with a well stocked kitchen. The beds are comfortable and the outdoor set up is great. Highly recommended. We definitely will be back.

This little motel is about 1 hour from Bryce Canyon and 30 minutes from Zion. A super convenient location between the two national parks for the price! We had a wonderful three night stay here in room 3 after renting it out on Airbnb. Provides what it needs to. Comfy beds and hot water. They also provided two trial shampoos/conditioners and plenty of towels. Room included a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and heat/AC. We needed more toilet paper so we reached out and they responded in under an hour. Everything was pretty clean upon arrival. Great national park getaway motel for two people at a low price. Our only minor observation was that the toilet water was always discolored even after flushing. The sink water was very clean so we didn’t worry about it at all.

Stayed here for a week while exploring Zion area. Was very quiet. Owner was very polite and courteous. We stayed in RV spot. Not hotel. There is a million things to do in the area.

Used it as a base to visit Bryce, Zion, Grand Canyon and other parks in the area. Close to hwy 89, but quiet at night. Clean bathrooms. Only complaint is that the cottonwood trees drip sap over everything! But that's only a minor inconvenience. Not a lot of dining options in the area, so be prepared to cook your own meals.

We were in need of a last minute room (like 3 hrs last min and after hours). Booked a simple but cute 2 queen bed room online with incredible ease. I literally thought wow this place is too good to be true. The price was on point, the location was amazing and the room was very clean. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you very much Lucy! Other reviews mentioned that the noise from the road was bothersome. We actually couldn’t hear anything since the walls are thick. The best part was the check in - as it was self check in and took no time at all.

The park was cozy with a gorgeous view and not far from Zion and other hiking areas. The bathroom was clean with a nice shower. No laundry on site. Really liked it here, the only downside was that because it's so small and they are off a fairly main road there weren't really many places to walk the dog.
