I have had a storage at this location for several years and was ok with it. Now sleezy add on charge of $10 for insurance. Poorly worded November 2022 email implies that renter approves if not opting out by providing proof of insurance. I provided proof of coverage when signing up and was never billed for additional coverage for several years so I was bitten by this. Buyer beware they do not want to refund the charge and I am sure others were tagged for this because they were pretty rude on the phone.

I chose the move out date for a future date and now the unit does not show up on our account. We no longer have access to our unit as of right now. Mobile app needs work.

I have paid for a unit for 2 years & like the last 6 months ive had problems getting my payment through the online option , at one time they apologized for the problem & in the last 2-3 months they wouldnt accept my form of payment that i had been using , they claimed my card was expired , no it was not and i continued to use it today for other purposes & so evidently they said that i owed them an ridiculous amount and i told them.time and time again that the system they had was faulty , so they continued to deny this and have put my unit into auction and i even got a different card to pay my actual past due rent , well they tried to charge more than what i owed and wouldnt allow my payment to go through & now my stuff is gone ! They are no good and will pay for their complete disrespect and treatment of a loyal customer for 2 years! A real bad way of doing business & i will have them investigated and take them to court ! real lousy company with no regard for someones property
