I have used your facilities for many years now- multiple lockers- multiple sizes. Been there thru many management and staff turnovers but never a bad experience! I mostly have my "stuff" under control now and have settled in a nice apartment (down from a house) and no longer need a locker now but will definitely keep you in mind if need arises again! Oh lemme tell you about this place! The lady that rented our unit to us was geeked outta her mind on something. She took forever (45 minutes) to let me in the front door, she said she was attending an auction (smoking crack) Fast forward two weeks later to when we were moving all of our stuff out…when checking in to the get the uhaul went smoothly until I revved her up and it sounded like a tractor. Someone stole the catalytic converter lol. When I opened the door to our unit I found that someone had rummaged through our stuff and stolen several expensive items. I called and made a police report and the woman working the front desk came and did an inspection of her own. She inspected the door and the lock and couldn’t figure out how someone got in. Don’t. Store. Your. Stuff. Here.

Items stolen out of my indoor unit. Apparently the doors are always open for thieves to steal what they please. My husband was told they had random people walking around the other day inside. Whoever broke into our unit had a master key. Haven’t heard any apology from the store nor the woman working the desk. Police report filed, waiting to hear about checking cameras but reading previous reviews says I shouldn’t hold my breath. Pay a little more and have your stuff in an actual secure place. This place needs closed down, no one should have there items stolen from an INDOOR UNIT WITH LOCKS. No security measures are actually there to keep your items safe.

Awful experience everytime i try to get to my storage bin. No doors are ever open (its 1pm here btw well within hours) glad that I pay for a storage facility i can never access. The door with the pin pad has been broken for weeks. Dont waste your time with this company

I rented my space one year ago (2021) based on the reviews and location. I moved here From Columbus and had my whole life contents in the unit. Seemed fine until March 2022 when we was ready to move into my new house. I found it totally ransacked and every box had been gone through piece by piece. Large furniture items including a grill, a treadmill and tv wall unit was taken. They took many family heirlooms and my Christmas decorations that my kids and made and I’ve collected for over 30 years. I filed a police report and the Lakewood police came and did an investigation. I only received $2900 from the insurance policy I paid for when I originally rented the unit. ( I had sold my home in Columbus so didn’t have current homeowners policy) By the way, my unit was in the inside of the climate controlled building. The managers and police told me a total of 13 units were broken into at that time. The management said they saw nothing on the cameras for all 13 robberies. Odd isn’t it? The management provided no apologies or comfort during or after this time, and would never put me in contact with anyone up further in the company to discuss. The Lakewood police have all the information to confirm this. However, it is still an ongoing investigation. I’m heartbroken and it’s taken me this long to write the review. Oh yea, and when I moved what was left out of the unit there was rat feces along the sides of the unit and my stuff was filthy from dust. I have pictures.
