Amenities & Park Features
Guests have access to a wide range of facilities designed for comfort and entertainment. The resort boasts two outdoor heated swimming pools and a spacious community clubhouse that serves as a hub for scheduled social events. Every RV site is equipped with full hookups, including 30 and 50-amp electricity, ensuring a modern camping experience for all visitors.
Nearby Attractions & Things to Do
The primary draw is undoubtedly Niagara Falls State Park, located less than 20 miles away. Beyond the falls, visitors can explore the Lockport Cave and Underground Boat Ride or take a cruise through the historic canal locks. The region is also famous for the Niagara Wine Trail, where guests can sample local vintages at nearby vineyards. For families, several local parks and nature trails offer ample space for outdoor exploration.
Who This Park Is Best For

Stay away! Outdoor Adventures is the shadiest, worse customer experience ive ever had. Their sales pitch was filled with misinformation and any other b.s. they could throw into their pitch. Honestly, it feels like we were set up and fell right in to their trap. This "amazing experience" they sold us never came to pass. The misinformation was so bad that we have been fighting to get out of the membership since weeks after we signed. We were promised a credit card promotional deal that did nothing but trick us in to getting a new card (that we wouldn't have sought to sign up for) coupled with a $1500 bill. Their 21 free nights that came with the purchase of the rv was not honored. We we were told if we bought a membership, it would be applied as up to $2,0000 off of the membership....never happened. And these are just the tip of the iceberg compared to being booked at wrong campsites (with no possibility of fixing our booking) to now being triple charged on said credit card for $1500. We disputed it with the coast to coast credit card company. They settled in our favor as it made zero sense to them either. And, the outdoor adventures went behind our back and charged us $1500 two more times. This is the sketchiest company ive ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY! I wouldn't recommend this company or experience even to my worst enemy!

If I could give this company negative stars I would. This company will double charge you and not refund you. Their sales pitch is complete lies. I was spit on by a child riding their bike and the child’s parents nor outdoor did anything. It is an extremely trashy company that does not care about anything other than money. Stay far away!

Josh was very friendly and informative in explaining all the great benefits of being a resort member. He was able to convey true value in clear terms and made our dialogue fun and interactive. Also, just a genuinely nice guy!

Nice clean friendly resort. No worries about letting the kids run off and play with others. Richard gave us a nice tour of the area to show all the different amenities. Owners put lots of money into the park to keep it up to date, clean, and expand. Would definitely recommend!

We spent a week here and enjoyed our stay. They worked with us to extend our stay one night. The restrooms for clean and well maintained. We did our laundry before we left in the machines worked great in the laundromat.

If you enjoy being dazzled by a salesman and then yelled at by that same saleman AT your campsite due to an internal breakdown of communication between staff members, then this is definitely the place for you. Attitudes flipped as soon as you decided not to buy. Honestly, it just didnt make sense at this time in our life simply for the amount of time we would have been able use it to make it worth the money (roughly $17,000 for a lifetime membership plus $695 yearly dues)we would have revisited this in the future when we had more time ( this campground is the closest location and still over 2 hours away) but not now. The only one who was consistent with customer service before and after was Shelley. We appreciate your kindness and extraordinary customer service. The campground itself is basic, small sites, minimal arcade, only 1/4 is full hook up, pond needs work, pool looked clean, we did not use. Bathrooms were nice, minimal camp store. For a paid facility, it could use some work

Pretty big park with two pools, and a playground. Most of the spots have no sewer and only 30 amps. Our spot was back and leveled with 50 amps that we had to pay extra for. The spot was pretty narrow after opening the stairs we were outside of wooden boundaries. Verizon and T Mobile service was weak. The place is only a 30 minute drive from Niagara falls. Some roads in the park are very narrow and have many unmarked speed bumps.

Let’s start from the beginning (but to the point)… We’re newbies to the RV LIFESTYLE, recently sold our house and decided to RV Travel Full time.. but the question was.. where do we begin our journey?!… Well, we found this wonderful opportunity (on social media) to stay for a July 4th weekend ‘FREE’ (no strings attached) at the Niagara Lazy Lakes RV Resort - And, that’s where everything began… The Park is beautiful, clean, quiet and peaceful!… Love the two swimming pools (salt water & heated)… Canoe/boat recreation and a lovely onsite store for your convenience - very clean bathrooms and laundry facilities onsite as well. After the first night my wife and I knew, that this was the place to connect with nature; besides this beautiful experience, there was one magnificent and incredible person whom we met here that made us feel even more than welcomed and at home -Ms. Shelley Snyder, a manager on the property. Shelley has truly made our first time out RV’ing an incredible and well worth experience, we just can’t say enough about her hosting and generosity - she accommodated us in the perfect piece of real estate or RV parking space (ample of space between RV’s with all of the hook ups/connections). One night we needed wood for one lovely romantic evening and the store was closed, but Shelley made sure to take us to get firewood in the golf cart, she drove me there and back to our RV space. We have truly and sincerely fallen in love with this RV Park and the staff AND more specifically with Shelley - who’s made it all that much more special and everything she does she does from her heart, as she wears her heart on her sleeve. If you need a lovely stay, with everything - clean, well maintained,,, two heated swimming pools and two lakes - including, “all the tranquility in the world”.. this is the place to come. They have many activities which are announced throughout the park. “We HIGHLY RECOMMEND”.. checking it out and it’s not too far from a major shopping mall and Niagara Falls. Make sure to say hello to Shelley, you will be very well taken care of and you won’t be disappointed… I promise!… Well, happy RV’ing and a “BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF” at Niagara Lazy Lakes RV Resort. Ps don’t forget to checkout the cabins they’re very cozy indeed!~ Anthony & Alexa P.
