I needed a last minute storage unit and NoDa Self Storage was able to provide and accomodate my needs in less than 24 hours! The move in process was quick and easy and very transparent along the way. The storage facility is easy to navigate, very clean, tidy, and temperature controlled on cold and hot days so I know my stuff is stored well.

10/10 April was very through and covered all the bases within a reasonable time frame. She was Informational and friendly and made sure to do this within a short time frame. If you are in the Charlotte metro area I would highly recommend. all first floor units multiple ways to access the site and could be moved and out of really easy. They also covered any fees upfront so that you can avoid any additional costs if you can.

We recently needed a storage unit and I am beyond happy we found this one! April helped us get settled in and she was fantastic! Just a genuine person who was kind and informative. The facility itself is clean and provides use of their equipment to make moving easier. We were able to back up to a loading dock and use the provided dollies to easily get our items to the unit. If you are looking for a storage unit, this is definitely the place to go!
