Been renting a unit here for around a year now. The facility is clean and secure. Gate access is easy and the operating hours are reasonable. It is a little tight driving through the rows of units but I'm able to manage even with my SUV + a 5x8 utility trailer. Great facility I have no plans to search elsewhere.

I had to bring a truck and trailer through to drop off some furniture. I was having a hard time maneuvering thru the narrow lanes in order to get out. The owner happened to be there and actually got in my truck and was able to get it safely out of there. Most importantly he was kind and courteous while doing it. I am very thankful for his help and attitude while doing so.

North Phoenix Self Storage is awesome. It's a clean and secure environment with easy access hours days, nights, weekends, holidays - you can always access your unit. The office staff is always friendly and outgoing and very accommodating. I would recommend anyone looking for a storage facility in the North Valley to check them out. Prices are very fair and reasonable for the area as well.
