I have been very satisfied with Albert at North Raleigh personal storage. Originally I had to move from another state to here, so I put things in storage. Albert made the process simple for me with no issues. Another thing worth noting is that with the company having Sean Albert onsite it actually makes me feel better. Sean Albert noticed someone different was at my unit one time. He just alerted me via text. I had forgot my buddy was going by my unit that day. So all was good. But the fact that Sean Albert cared enough to alert me speaks volumes! You cant get this type of service from automated services. Im not saying they do this for everyone, but Im thankful that Sean Albert was there onsite and let me know. This is reason alone for me to choose this location and Sean Albert for storing my items because he really does care about the customer experience. Im a business person myself so i truly appreciate when a business goes the extra mile for its customers. Thanks Sean Albert and personal storage!

We had been customers here for 17 years off & on, it's a decent place and cheap, however, you get what you pay for. The gates are accessible by pretty much anyone all day and that presents problems. We had a lawn statue stolen by someone just "riding through". We also had our truck windsheild hit by BB gun pellets from the adjacent apartments. Other folks had their batteries stolen from boats and vehicles when someone cut/climbed over the fence a few months ago. The biggest issue however is Sean the manager. In the beginning he was great to deal with but in the last year or two had gotten very difficult to deal with. An example, we had 10 units we were renting and needed a space for our employee to park 3 days a week for just a few hours a day. Sean originally quoted around $35-$40 which we thought was acceptable, however when we got ready to pay he jacked the price up to $60 saying he was quote "in high demand". He has the people skills of an escaped con as well as anger issues. Do your homework on this place before renting, they don't like landscapers or commercial businesses be warned. We moved all our stuff to an Ample Storage facility that is newer, closer, and the staff there have gone out of their way to accommodate us for all our storage needs, beyond what I'd expect.

Everything was great. I contacted through Craigs List and my email was promptly returned with a phone call by Sean. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I had a trailer I needed to park there and when I brought it in Sean notice the tires were low so he got a compressor to fill them up. He even helped me push the trailer into the spot. He went way above and beyond normal customer service and I was very grateful. I even offered him $10 for his extra help which he would not accept.

Best rates around with no sacrifice in service or the quality of the units. I have been a customer for about a year and very happy with North Raleigh Personal Storage. They maintain the units well. When I first got my unit they had just put up new walls and painted the concrete. Just recently they have done some painting to the outside of the unit. The property is very secure; the management takes this seriously. The location is convenient and easily accessible.

Nice clean units, good pricing and great customer service. I had shopped everywhere before discovering N.Raleigh Personal Storage. Public Storage wanted to charge almost twice as much as I paid here. My unit had smooth sealed floors so I could just slide soft things like my mattress without snagging the fabric. Everywhere else I looked had concrete floors. There is 24hr security on site and the area feels safe. I rented over 2.5 years and never had a problem with a leaking door, trespassers or damage. The site was constantly being rejuvenated. Over the years I saw the manager renovating units, cleaning and painting inside and out. He was super nice and if I needed storage again this is the first place I'd go.
