I had to very last minute, unexpectedly make a reservation for a storage unit at one am, and move items in the next morning before flying out of CLE back to my home in Nevada on Memorial Day weekend!!! I arrived very much on a time crunch to a closed office and no one there. I was pretty hysterical, as everything was just not going well on my trip. I was scared I was going to lose all my stuff and scared I was going to miss my flight home. Joe was so awesome! People who think outside the box and live in solutions to problems are truly a dying breed. Joe was empathetic to my situation and didn’t make me feel bad for showing him my panicked state. He told me to go ahead and occupy a unit and trusted me to send him all my info, payment, and sign the lease remotely and after I was back home. I can’t imagine how everything would have gone if I hadn’t encountered Joe. Thank you so much!
