Off the beaten path so fairly quiet. Sites are very tight. Bathrooms needed cleaning and were old. Looked forward to stargazing but the full timer next to us was allowed to have solar spotlights which ruined the darkness. Would not stay here again.

This is a great affordable option. It has everything you need. We were able to fit as a 33 ft travel trailer, but it was definitely tight. You will be super close to your neighbors. The bathrooms are basic and get the job done. The host was super kind and friendly! This spot was great for us who wanted to go hiking around the area!

We arrived in May and have had the best time here! The deer and turkeys are constant visitors and the park is tidy and well kept. The owners are exceptional! They are responsive and always working to take care of the park. We love it here and plan to be back next summer!!!!

A small campground nestled in the hills by Carter Lake. The lot was gravel and mostly level, with full hookups too. The amazing owners took the time to set up a temporary wifi antenna to ensure I had excellent reception. Working remotely, it was very important to me. I can't express my gratitude enough. They even came by to make sure it was working consistently. There were plenty of deer and wild turkeys out the back window to entertain my cat!

This is one of the worst places we’ve stayed in 6+ months of full time RV traveling. We arrived at 3pm and the General Store was closed, even though we were told to check in there upon arrival. We parked our RV and started to set up when the owner comes out half scattered talking about her day medically (unprofessional) and informs us that we had to move because two spots don’t even have power. 😑 Then we were told we have to move the next day to a tent spot with no hookup and very unlevel ground. Ummm. We have a 30ft RV. Whatever, we moved the RV and NO ONE ELSE WAS EVEN THERE to fill our original spot. Too expensive for no public baths/showers/laundry, no WiFi/cell service, broken picnic tables, lack of power at multiple sights, and bad customer service. Don’t recommend!! Go to Carter Lake instead!

I love the new owners at this park. Jeff and Debbie are great, always helpful and pleasant to talk with. I highly recommend this park for the comfort and natural beauty. Love seeing wild turkeys in the morning and deer in the evening.

We liked our spot and the location of this rv park. It was convenient to Rocky Mountain Nat. Park and Loveland, Co. The down side was no wifi, poor cell signal, and low water pressure.
