We stayed here on a friend’s recommendation for a month mid January-mid February. The resort is well managed, clean and friendly. We had no issues and especially welcomed the advice of the maintenance crew during a below freezing stretch of weather. This is a central location surrounded by many sites and destinations, especially if you ride motorcycles. We enjoyed our time and would certainly recommend it.

Great park!! Friendly staff that really goes above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable and pleasurable as possible. Amenities are well maintained and very clean. Sites are spacious and beautiful trees planted everywhere. The park is great for the entire family, the play ground is amazing and covered to ensure the fun doesn’t have to stop due to the heat. Awesome jump pad and two pools including an indoor heated one and a splash pad for the Littles. Great events at the holidays, and winter activities. They also have cozy cabins supplies with all of your needs to relax. Affordable rates all around. We would definitely recommend this place.

Was considering booking rv site here based on RV Life recommendation. Glad I looked at Google reviews and all the comments regarding rude office staff. There's too many for this to be an occasional issue therefore won't even bother to consider this place!

This is our home location for four months of the year. We have been coming here since 2020. The staff is great. The property and facilities very clean. Great community room. Two pools

Unfortunately their front office is very poor. Not friendly, dont return phone calls, no return messages on FB. Even during 7/4/2025 flood when campers experienced evacuation, their FB page said all campers accounted for yet we never heard from them even after repeated calls when their phones were working! Not just the flood, it’s been this way for a long time. Old system, very keen on reading you their rules, not friendly, don’t answer the phone, etc. Maybe more staff is needed at front desk, two people is not enough! BAD VIBES.

What a beautiful, clean rv resort. Check-in was super easy the staff here was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Affordable golf cart rental with trails along the Guadeloupe River. We stayed here in a 33 foot travel trailer and we will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at the cabin. I traveled the weekend with our dogs and my husband joined me for the extended stay. Check in was smooth and the lady was really sweet. The cabin was super cute, spacious, and comfortable. We were right behind the dog park so that was convenient. We only heat up food and didn't cook anything but it was nice having full size fridge and stove, and the outside patio was a neat touch. Check out was a bit rough but I think the receptionist just had a bad day, no big deal. Bed sheets was old but clean so we weren't picky. Internet was pretty horrible so the TV didn't work most of the time and I was unable to work from the cabin. The website said we could pay for internet but receptionist said they no longer offer paid internet, so it was frustrating. Overall a great stay and we would definitely return here again when I'm not traveling for work.

This place has it all. Very clean, spacious and level sites. Always a lot of events in this very social and active RV Park. They have two laundry, shower areas, both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Large social area, basketball court and several playgrounds. The Guadalupe River is just across the street. They have a small game room and exercise room. WiFi is good and for $15 a month, you can cable TV.
