Checked on several storage places in the vicinity. The operators of Open Storage Ed and son Jeremy impressed me with their congenial approach, and their pricing structure. Very nice people with whom to deal.

That's for customer service. I called to see if they had an open space he said yes for 30 foot RVs for 6 month and a year I said I only need the 6 months that I store indoor for the winter, his response was, he was not interested in my business, said good luck sarcastically and hung up. I wasn't price shopping either, maybe he was offended when I asked how much?

The property is clean, the lots are level and the thoroughfares are well maintained. They have good security and the yard is available twenty four hours a day for card holding residents. That's great for early morning businesses and fishermen going out before dawn. The owner is one standup guy, honest and is concerned about his customers. And did I mention that the prices are very reasonable. I would give this storage yard six stars if there were so many.

Owner and son were super friendly and kind. We were in a crunch to find a lot with open space. Called Open Storage and they were closing in 20 minutes, however, stated they would wait for us to show up. Allowed to access the lot 24/7 which is super convenient, especially if returning late or early from a trip. Happy they had a spot for our RV! Super fair prices.
