Sites are very tight and we arrived on a Sunday, which I don't recommend since the office is closed. The staff did help us out and were very friendly in the end.

To all. Well this goes to the ownership about a situation which started roughly around 2017, which ended abruptly late 2019. I'm looking at the reviews, and they date back to around that time, so I'm going to assume that this is the same owner who did it to me. Life was really peaceful parking my 30ft RV there, and watching my child slowly grow up as a full time Dad. We had nothing to worry about. Suddenly, we got these stupid employees following us around, yada, yada, yada when they should have been after the drug addicts who were there at the time. Back then the lot rent was only $460/mo. No sweat for the 1st year. Suddenly more employees following us around, and lot rent jumped to around $500/mo. Okay. Then suddenly lot rent jumped to $600/mo with more employees following us around, instead of chasing drug addicts. Then less than 30 days before Christmas 2019 I'm getting DCF called to my RV when things were fine, plus a note on my door specifying to either pay double amount of rent price, or get evicted. Meanwhile, all these nice, and modern looking "Park Models" were being charged approximately $2,000/month, they were being moved in one by one, and choking out all the residents who actually paid their rent. I have to tell you dude. I made $4,000 that month, and moved into a REAL house, and showed all of your friends working under you. You really had this day coming to you to be exposed of how you did business back then. Good riddance!

I've lived in. Orange city RV and resort for about 30 years before presant management took over. I recommend not visiting during rainy season in fla. Although they are accommodating. Unfortunately they don't understand that filling this park with large concrete pads. Have contributed to the excess flooding Their residents have been witnessing... They don't show any concern for those who have been flooded. And expect to continue to add to the problem they assisted in causing. They were warned many times what would happen but refuse to listen... My prayers go out to those effected by the hurricane!

Reviewing as a full timer, for the record: 99% of the other residents that I have met here have been incredibly friendly. I think my favorite thing has been meeting local children that all seem to look out for one another. That feels really rare to find these days. The office staff go above and beyond to make it feel welcoming and assist guests in my experience. Maybe it’s due to working in customer service, but the simple fact That I can call up to the front office and always receive an answer to a question is something I value as a first timer more than I can word. I have spectrum Internet -and it’s functioning perfectly for me to work from home with. It’s right down the road from the largest Walmart I’ve seen and a Home Home Depot and has two Publix within a 15 minute drive. There’s a Wawa on the corner. It’s a great location for a lot of things, including Starvos - a Mom and Pop restaurant - across the street. Most importantly, I feel safe here Due to cameras and an active amount of effort from the staff to be present and aware of what Is going on in the park.

We stayed there for a few months sadly we had to leave and be back in New York on short notice. Our site was located in a quiet area, surprisingly, as we were on a corner. The showers were always amazing and never ran outta hot water. Loved the fact that there were washers and dryers available 24 hours in one area as well. Was sad when we 1st got there that they had removed the dog park area as others weren't cleaning up after their pets. However, that took us to finding the Keysville dog park not far away, huge fenced in areas. We loved that the park allowed our senior dogs to stay, as that was a huge need for us. The staff were amazingly super nice I loved feeling comfortable to ask questions ( I had a bunch). We are gonna miss the neighbors we had lots as they made us feel extra welcome. The 1st morning 1 had gotten a gator and invited us to see it. Sooo cool for us. Others were just extra nice and friendly. I miss the little lizards, the flowers and other plants already. We hope to visit again in the future and maybe I will be able to enjoy the heated pool, or other amenities. I recommend this park for short or long term. Thank you Melissa, Sharon, and especially Danielle and Stephanie as I enjoyed our random chats. But the rest of the staff as well for making our stay pleasant.
