Orchard Ranch is a beautiful RV park for people over 55 years old. The bathrooms are clean. The pool and hot tub are being renovated in 2025. There are weekly and monthly activities, a woodworking area, workout area, and so much more. Whether you are here short term or long term, it’s a great place to stay!

Conveniently located before the traffic congestion in Prescott. Nicely maintained 55+ mobile home park with sites for transient travelers. Level sites, each with white fence as a divider and picnic table. Lower level is older with more trees, upper level is newer with fewer plantings. Felt very safe.
