My family LOVED this KOA! Only 20 minutes from Disney and so much more affordable! The deluxe cabins are clean and perfect for accomodations! This location has mini-golf ($3/player), a pool, an inflatable jump pad, a playground, dog park, outdoor lounge area, pickleball court, various yard games and more! The staff was so nice and helpful so I can honestly say this stay was perfect! Thank you, KOA!

I travel a lot for work with my rv and I’ve stayed several times at this location. Facilities are clean, several restaurants, shopping and fuel stations within minutes away. Park is clean with a respectable staff and quiet hours are respected. Truly enjoyed the handful of times I’ve stayed here. Highly recommend for business or family stays as they have a nice pool and other options for family activities.

This is probably my least favorite KOA I have ever stayed at. Cable does work and Internet is hit and miss. Sites are not level. My view is a hotel. Lawn needs to be mowed. Just really not what I expected when I booked a KOA. Definitely would not return. Even considering moving.

I been coming to this KOA for the last five years.I noticed that they have gotten very lazy on cleaning showers and restrooms. I was there from Friday, August 29 to Monday, September 1.I was there the full day Saturday and Sunday. The showers and restrooms were never clean. The showers and restrooms that are located where the cabins are they need to be cleaned daily .

I have stayed here many times with my RV and it is one of my favorite KOAs; however, this time i had to rent a cabin since my daughter was coming up from Miami to visit for Mother's Day weekend. I arrived at 11am, which is normally when I do with no issue in the past, and was flat out told that cabin check in was 3pm. I am good with rules, so asked if I could just hang out and wait. The response was basically well you're already here so I suppose so. She then continued to tell me that everyone had checked out and there was a lot of cabins to clean. Like I said, I am good with rules, but I do not like being deceived. The place is dead. I can see a total of 3 RVs and 0 cars, so I find it very hard to believe that every cabin was rented on a Thursday night and they all checked out at the same time early on Friday morning. I was already prepared to wait my turn, so the story telling was unnecessary.

There was a woman in their name Deborah/Debra, At the front desk, who was awful, rude to everybody that walked in there, I cannot believe that they have her upfront and personal with the people. There’s a Debbie and her husband who work outside I think they’re with housekeeping they were wonderful, so helpful in everything. There was also another woman in the front office who is nice I didn’t know. I don’t know her name, though. She was very helpful. she got us birthday balloons and stuff. Everybody was superb nice. It was a wonderful stay except for Deborah to short hair awful. I have never ever complained like that about somebody because I worked in the public. I was a waitress., With that being said I have again I have never complained about anybody that’s how awful this woman was. She needs to not be there. I mean I don’t know if I have to work with her all day. I’d be cranky.

Amazing Koa super well maintained very cleaned, kids playground area was great. Bathrooms very cleaned. Close to all of Disney's attractions about 15-20min or less. Definitely staying here again. Debbie and Guy at housekeeping were great.

Although this campground is a good location & nice facilities, BED BUGS continue to be a problem in their cabins. They are obviously not doing enough to remediate this problem. We did receive a refund for our stay but never from management about our complaint. All we know from staff is an exterminator sprays around cabins once a month which is not a solution for bed bugs. Would like to know they are doing more as KOA is one of our favorite brands we usually can count on for their high standards.

We have stayed here multiple times, visiting both Disney and Legoland. Overall we have enjoyed our stays. Once we were stuck pretty close to our neighbors but it all worked out. It’s in a great location between Orlando and Tampa, and just off the highway with plenty of gas stations, restaurants and stores. Not all sites are very level and on gravel, but it’s still better than many campgrounds and all of the utilities have always worked as expected. Very nice office staff. They are building apartments off the road, some are viewable from the grounds, would have rather seen sky, but it’s expected that that in an urban landscape they would not let prime real estate site as over-brush. Our last stop there was last August or September of 2024, and we have been using this as an oasis for last few years, going between home in South Florida and Tampa / Orlando area.

Stayed here a few days while visiting Lego land. Originally booked a premium pull through. Called to add a day and was relocated to the full time area of the park. Our spot was on a hill, totally unlevel, mud. When it rained you could see a river of mud coming down the hill. Neighbors on both sides had gravel pad at least, but not the spot we got. The premium pull through that we booked originally does appear level. But we were not happy with the spot we were moved to. Would have kept original reservation if someone would have told us the new spot was a hill. Also got questioned by the front office of whether I was a guest there or not when I inquired about quarters for the laundry(I think they thought I was a bum, at least that is how it felt).
