Tried and tried to rent a unit from there. Made sure I was respectful and understanding of their circumstances. They were not of mine as I needed to get a place within a few days. Was told I could go out and measure the doors to see if I could fit things into a 5x10, but how can I do that with the gates locked and shut? So I was forced to keep calling when they would t answer even though I’d decided to just go with a 10x10. Called multiple times, multiple emails, and even messaged what seems to be the owner and I haven’t heard back.

We have had units here for years. This company took over a couple of years ago and have since doubled the amount we pay. We have moved everything out and can’t get in contact with anyone to close the account. We’ve left messages and called multiple times and still haven’t gotten a call back. The guy that works on site just told us we had to call the number to close it and couldn’t do anything for us.

This company clearly has no respect for their patrons.. absolutely ZERO customer service.. I tried to pay at the storage office for the last six (6) DAYS.. there is never anybody there to do anything.. they have the “we don’t care about taking care of any issues you may have, but here’s a website so you can give me my money” attitude.. I don’t want to pay on the website, I want to talk to a real person, a fully living human being who cares about their customers..

An administrative mess. Payments come out of our account monthly, but they put locks on the wrong units and do not return calls to customers. 7/2/22 - A manager hasn't spoken to me. The reply to this review is the only communication I've received. I’m your customer, and still, no one has reached out. Update: 7/5/22 - Still not contacted.

About a year ago my dad passed away and we needed a place to store his belongings quickly. We chose here, because they were super close to home and the rates were really good too. The facility is really safe and secure so we don't worry about dads stuff. The staff was really quick to help when we went to go move some stuff in and our lock broke. They jumped in real fast and even had locks for us to purchase, yay!!
