Horrible horrible horrible! Since Otter Self Storage became the new owners I have had nothing but issues! Particularly the facility on Sinclair. I have not been able to access my units for two weeks due to the gate repair issues. And now the break in has caused another delay where they are not allowing anyone in even 24 hours later. And we don’t even know if our units were broken into yet. We have to wait another 48 hours to find this out. This what happens when you have a contactless type of business. It doesn’t work everywhere! No security on site ever!

Since they changed owners, service quality has dropped to 0, security dropped to -10 and price hiked up. They don't even clean the place or have toilet paper in the restroom anymore.

Called inquiring about a 10×10 unit to rent, told her I'd be about 5 minutes, took me 10 minutes, but by that time her lunch arrived and she doesn't eat cold food. Needless to say, she lost a customer. As a manager of any business you have to make sacrifices sometimes to keep a customer happy, business 101.

Love the way manager Kay Bayer, makes u feel at home when she goes over every little detail before u rent out a storage space...I can tell she's really on the ball and loves her job. Even after when you have signed the contract she goes over every lil detail so that we as renters will not get confused, so I will definitely spread the word out to friends and family about Watson and Taylor's friendly management... It is such a pleasure to be greeted by a manager that is so happy & friendly, she goes out of her way to make sure your needs are met and always with a smile. This particular storage is not only economical but one of the cleanest in the area. The storage units are clean and the property is extremely well kept too. When spending the amount of time necessary to move in, it is so nice to have a very clean customer restroom available. Can't say that about most public facilities !! Definitely one of the best storage centers in the San Antonio area. They continue to offer exceptional pricing and I've told many others to call and check the great move in specials. You will not be disappointed.
