Small campground with small to medium size sites with full service hookups. Nice tree coverage throughout. While the owners are on site, they are only available via text, phone and we did not feel that it was a very friendly environment. This could just be our experience. Wi-Fi was really pretty poor even though there were seven different Wi-Fi receivers you could connect to.

This place was amazing. Cute and right in the middle of town. They were so kind when I had to call for booking and took care of everything. The spots are tucked between trees and have walking paths. Great laundry facilities. They had live music on Saturday night when we got there and the campground hosts were so friendly. Will definitely come back to this RV park!

We rate Pagosa Pines a 5 star!!! The owners and host couple were fantastic from the moment we arrived until we departed. It is clear they love what they do and have so much pride in their Park. Close enough to downtown and uptown but far enough away to be peaceful. Just what we had hoped for! We will return. :-)

The Pagosa Pines RV Park in Pagosa Springs, CO. is beautiful with large pine trees, gorgeous flowers, incredible hummingbirds, excellent walking trails, a large grass park with a stage for live music....and best of all...Jennifer & Randy, the owners, are so wonderfully hospitable. We will definitely rebook.

This is a lovely RV park with a few cabins/tiny homes. Our hosts Jennifer and Randy were helpful and welcoming. It is very conveniently located west of the tourist area of Pagosa Springs just off Hwy. 160. And even though it is just off the highway, we did not notice highway noise; the entrance goes down a hill where most of the sites are located which blocks most of the sound. In addition, Jennifer and Randy provide live music on the week-ends and on Friday night, we thoroughly enjoyed an excellent band. They have hummingbird feeders set up on the porch on the office which attracts hordes of hummers - so fun and beautiful to watch. Like most RV parks in Colorado, the sites are small and close together but it is by far the best we've found in Pagosa Springs. We so enjoyed our stay and will certainly visit again.

Stopped here for a night while traveling through in my travel trailer. The location is ideal...just outside of town so can get parked and then head back into downtown and the springs. Big spots, and easy to maneuver. Very well kept up (I really liked the old-school street lamps).

Last minute choice turned into a 3 night stay. Would have stayed longer, but we had to get home after a one month journey. The owners, Randy and Jennifer are fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed visiting with them at their beautiful RV Park. If you're looking for a place near town, this is it. Shade, peace and quiet. Sooo much to do in the area!

We have stayed here only once, but we were so impressed we are going back this year! What an amazing campground. It is very clean, peaceful and inviting! Very helpful people. Jennifer was so helpful with our reservations! It’s close to the hot springs and so excited to return this year!

We love this little campground! Not only is it beautifully manicured, with a nice dog park, and a short nature trail, it also has loads of features! The laundry facility was very nice, clean, and affordable. They had a dog washing station $8 dollars which is a great deal compared to most grooming stations. At night, it was dark enough to see the stars! The cherry on the top for this campground has to be their spa-like bathrooms! It is far beyond nicer than any other campground bathhouse we've ever used, and we've used a lot! Some reviewers have complained about the tight spaces between the campers, but we felt quite comfortable traveling in our van and my parents 40' Class A. The staff met us upon entry and helped us get in the easiest way and then guided my parents back into their spot. While some of the spaces are close together, Pagosa Springs is an outdoor enthusiast's playground, and I don't believe this is where you'll spend your time anyway.

A very clean, quiet rv park in a beautiful setting! The owners take exceptional care in the property. Site was really quiet and dog friendly - they have a great walking path through the woods and a dog park area. we appreciated the laundry access while we were there a few days and they had a live band on Saturday night which was really nice! And only 4 minutes from downtown but far enough away from the crazy in-town traffic which was really nice to come back to each night after we were out hiking, visiting hot springs, or exploring the town. We have a 28foot trailer and pickup and fit easily into our spot - we had plenty of room and privacy.
