The place itself is nice, but the staff is lacking tremendously in customer service. Specifically in guest services, the women working there are very rude and condescending. Very sad to see in this day and age.

There is no place quite like Palm Creek especially if you’re a pickleball player! But, you don’t HAVE to play pickleball to have a great time in this great community!! There are PLENTY of other things to do!! Cone check it out!!

Beautiful, clean rooms, convenient location, great and friendly staff. We got in late and left early and the entire staff accommodated our every need. Truly enjoyed our stay! Looking forward to staying here again and visiting more locations.

Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting my parents at Palm Creek, and I must say, the experience far exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and friendliness of the community were palpable, making us feel welcome and at ease. Palm Creek isn't just a place to stay; it's a vibrant community packed with amenities that cater to all ages and interests. We had a fantastic time exploring what the park had to offer, especially enjoying the pool, corn hole, and ping pong. These facilities were well-maintained, providing endless entertainment and relaxation opportunities. What stood out the most during our visit was the sense of camaraderie among the residents and guests. Everyone was incredibly friendly, going out of their way to greet us and make us feel part of the community. It's rare to find such a universally welcoming atmosphere, and it truly made our stay memorable. My parents have been raving about Palm Creek, and now I understand why. It offers more than just a place to live; it provides a lifestyle filled with joy, activity, and friendship. Whether you're considering a visit or looking for a place that feels like home, Palm Creek is a destination that should be at the top of your list.

First off…it’s beautiful! This is our first time staying here and when we got here we ended up extending our stay. But that’s where we turn south a bit. As first timers, the activities don’t work as we were told. Sign up on the clip boards in the activity center they say. You’ll have fun, they say. Well…it doesn’t work. Now we’re here until the 10th of Feb. and many things we wanted to do are unavailable to us. I’m crestfallen. If you’re a first timer/short time stay - beware. It takes about a week to “settle in” and figure out how things work. By that time, it will likely be too late for you to participate in many activities. We enjoyed the beauty, the friendliness of the people we met, and more. But the “competitive” nature/scarcity mentality of many activities makes it not so much fun. I understand many activities are run on a volunteer basis by residents. For the cost - a few salaried folks to run things like lapidary, wood shop, silversmithing, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and other activities so that short stay visitors get the opportunity to play at different times of day would be so nice. Just saying….

Beautiful place with everything you need and you will pay for it. Very pricey!
