Kurtis and Beverley at Parkside Mini Storage treated me more like family than a customer. They went above and beyond to ensure that my belongings were safe and accessible. While I was out of town, they accommodated my request to grant access to my family and handled them with care and patience. They are honest, fair and thorough. Not only did they do what they say they are going to do, they make sure to back it all up with email correspondence. After a very stressful experience with a local competitor, I feel lucky to have found the folks here at Parkside Mini Storage and RV.

Parkside is a very clean & secure storage facility. The resident manager is very friendly, helpful, and takes pride in his job. The isles between the buildings are very wide which makes for easy access with big moving trucks. I have had my things in a couple of other places and this by far is the best all around value for the money. Gate access is from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm 7 days a week. Other facilities close access at 7 or 8 and that is hard when you work until 6!

Phil was very polite and helpful. We were looking for travel trailer parking. He showed me the spot and discussed ways to bring my trailer in easily and park it. Excellent service, I could tell he cared, and wanted to earn my business. Even though it was a little more than other places in the area, the service to me was worth a few $ more a month. Very happy.
