I have been renting from Pataskala storage for about 2 years and until this year I haven't had any problems. They have new management who locked me out of my storage even though my bill was paid because they wanted me to sign a paper I think her name was Lizzy. We do we move freight for Amazon XPO pilot line haulers. And we only rent spaces for the trucks she went into the system and locked me out the gate so the guys couldn't get the trucks out to do the loads. Even after I asked her to check and see the doors were locked she purposely went into the system and locked me out. I have referred many of people here before these management started working here. Never had a reason to come into the office never had a reason to speak to anybody never had a reason to do a review. I really don't understand the problem considering that I pay $898 a month for parking for trucks. There was no respect for me even after I ask her as a business owner to check. She wouldn't even text management to see if the gates were locked. So when the workers came in at 2:00 in the morning they were locked out the gate even though I have 24 access. So this month I decided to move all of my trucks all seven of my trucks out of the storage. Just someone who appreciates my business. My family bring over 3,500 worth of storage to Pataskala storage which are our business is not value.

Just completed a move and the excellent service and facilities at Pataskala Storage made it so much easier. The unit were clean with plenty of clearance and easy to access. The rental process was also super easy and friendly thanks to Lisa Sattler's welcoming easy-going demeanor. We would use them again will be recommending them to our friends.

The pricing here was pretty high for a storage unit. There was also a huge pothole right when you turn in that seemed they were in no hurry to fix. An average storage facility at best.

Pataskala Storage is excellent. I rented a storage unit from here for two years. I never had any issues. The location is secure but easy to access any time. The employees are always helpful and when I no longer needed a storage unit, Elizabeth was very helpful and made it easy to end my rental. Thanks!!

Our youth league has used Pataskala Storage for years and we could not be happier with the level of service. The lots are clean, well lit, and coded for safety. Most of all, we are treated with such kindness. They consistently support the league and the work that we do. Elizabeth has been absolutely wonderful, helping us work through some new changes, keeping us informed, and responding in a very timely fashion. She even went out of her way to personally make sure our code was up and running. Great service!
