READ THE SMALL PRINT. I recently deployed and was looking for a secure clean place to put my belongings. I got a decent rate and was happy. Half way into my deployment they sent an email to me stating my rent was going up from 96.00 to 165.00. I was expecting an increase because I got a 6 month special and it was supposed to raise a little bit after the first 6 months. This wasn't the agreed upon rental rate. So now there is not much I can do because I am halfway around the world. Way to take care of Soldiers. I will make sure to pass along this great intel to the rest of Fort Bliss. Shady business, this is not how you treat your tenants.

The only downside is I forgot my drivers license at the front desk. But I'm not going to go blame the lady behind the counter about it. I have a great deal on a huge climate storage room big enough to put all 4 bedrooms at my house in. 40 bucks cheaper than most other places in town. She took plenty of time to explain the contract to me and how payments work and how to look online at my balance. I don't foresee having any problems with this place knowing that I understand what my job is and they understand what their job is. Great customer service!
