Clerk was so drunk she could barely stand. She couldn't get the printer to work, so she said she'd email the rental agreement. Never got it. Returned the truck and was promised an invoice within 30 minutes. Got the invoice 2 days later. Was charged for twice the miles driven and for fuel. Truck was returned on full.

Will never waste money on this location again, rudest customer service, shouting things at me from the back room, let alone the girl named "Zach" behind the counter had a horrible snotty attitude that made things difficult and stressful from the beginning. We were over charged for miles. Overall this place is horrible to their customers. I'd look elsewhere. 🤢

The ease of starting to rent is great the problem are as follows 1- consistent issues with electronic system to be able to use the gate code 2-NO ONE IS EVER AT THE DESK TO ANSWER THE PHONE 3- I called about my late payment and asked for someone to call me back I had a serious family emergency and forgot my payment. Called to make arrangements and instead someone just made the payment without my consent ( not on auto pay) Very disappointed to say the least

Easy and Professional. The lady that helped me out here was polite and professional and walked me through everything to make sure I didn't have any other questions. Super easy process renting from here. I highly recommend you check this place out rather than renting in vancouver. You save quite a bit not paying state taxes. I was able to pick it up and be gone within 15 minutes. Make sure you take photos of all angles in case they(uhaul) try to say you damaged something. Rented from Ft. Knox and headed to Ft. Knox, KY. Kinda coincidental but it works.
