This was one night stay as we were passing by to go south. Lots of spaces but we were put right by the road, very noisy almostall night. There was an overnight wind storm and had we've been more inside we would have been more protected too The condition of the washrooms was terrible. One of the shower stalls in the women side, the head shower shut water outside of the stall and it was plugged so water didn't drain until you finished showering. Tiles falling off the wall. The men side had beard hair all over and generally speaking it was dirty, disgusting

I stayed in cabin #4 booked through Airbnb. Limited choices for Thanksgiving week. It was dirty. Old food on the walls, surfaces dirty, floor grimy. Had to wear shoes to walk around. Stained linens. Bathroom looked recently remodeled and was nice. There was an issue with mice on the third night I stayed. While looking to see where the mice may have been getting in, I discovered an old sticky trap with a dead, rotting mouse on it. Along with a good bit of trash in between cabinets and stove. I reached out to management around 940PM at night. They sent someone over to retrieve the old sticky trap and place another one due to being a "pet friendly facility." It's not pet or human friendly to have dead, rotting mice in the residence where people are using dishes, cooking, and even breathing. It's a health hazard to multiple populations including pregnant women and people with asthma. It's also not pet or human friendly if your pet or you can get stuck to the sticky trap. Sticky traps are not actually humane, either. I reached out to Airbnb and the host denied the claims. I encouraged Airbnb to make the property accountable for an actual extermination plan besides sticky traps that aren't monitored by staff. Consider a different cabin from one of the other reviews where they claim the property has been remodeled. The host did complain in her review of my stay at the property that I demanded assistance late at night. So, assistance is available, but I guess it was bothersome for them to take care of the issue at that hour even though they were not obligated to respond to my Airbnb message.

Only stayed one night, but we enjoyed it. Very friendly on the phone with Bonnie! She set us up with a pull through knowing we were going to leave the next day. Sites are pretty spaced out and easy to pull in. Close to food and fuel for an overnight stay. Looked like a good destination for fishing.

Really nice RV park right next to the highway which wasn’t too loud. Older bathrooms and small laundry room, but kept clean. Please remove the rugs/mats in front of the showers. No one wants to step on those in a public shared place. RV spacing is wonderful, and staff are very nice and helpful. Plenty of room for kids to run and play!

I wouldn't bother calling this place, they take your name for a waiting list, call you and tell you they will have availability on a certain date and do you still want it. You tell them yes, and that you would call back on the day the spot is becoming available and pay a deposit. You call back on that date and they tell you it was given to someone else. If you aren't going to stand by your word then why even have a waiting list? I did all the things the gentleman, who called me, told me to do and then you go ahead and call someone else leaving people stranded because of poor communication on your part. So warning to others, they will lie to you and tell you one thing, and then turn around and offer the site to someone else.

Stayed there when I was on location for a job. Camp site was nice. They had weekly meet n greets. Definitely worth a visit. I’ll definitely be back if I am in the area. Thanks

Fairly basic campground with grass/gravel sites, few picnic tables scattered around, which is reflected in the price. The bathrooms are decent, and the showers looked decent, but I didn’t try them out. It’s just across a busy highway from the lake with a few stores and the Arkansas welcome center in walking distance. Most sites are pull-through with full hook-ups, so great for a quick stop while traveling. Lots of pretty flowers!

We were traveling back from Orange Beach and we booked a one night stay at Pecan Grove. It worked out perfect for us. Full hookup's and we did not have to unhook our trailer. Nice pleasant place and easy access.

Open sites with some having tables and fire pits. We had neither. When looking it appears to be right on the lake but is actually is across the highway. Was good for a one night stay.

Great park for a short stay. They have long term campers here but all the RVs were very nice. I didn't notice any that were old or run down. My site was C1 which is in front of the bath house. The bath house was clean and had A/C. Wi-Fi was great! It rained while I was here and water did puddle up in some areas, but I had no issues with water in my site. I would certainly stay here again if I was in the area.
