Worst park, if you want to call it that, & most expensive. VERY noisy & no amenities whatsoever. Go ahead & stay there if you want to pay $50 a night for a sleepless night.

First the good - Convenient location, right off the Riverwalk, close to shopping and downtown. Wifi is decent and good cable once the cable guy came out and fixed it. Friendly staff. Now for the flip side - Right off busy main road, lots of trucks coming off the hill using engine brake, very noisy. Besides wifi and cable NO AMENITIES!! NO restrooms, NO showers, NO pool, NO spa, NO clubhouse, NO concrete or blacktop pads, NO well maintained grounds. All these NOs can be your's for only $50.00 a night or $295.00 a week

Do not go on a weekend, the street the park is on is the main drag in town and the park was really noisy! Also do not go late, they will put you wherever they have room, we got the driveway by the busy street, no camp space. They are also quite over priced at $50 per night, seriously? Just do a little more searching in the area, everything else is cheaper and better!

Very friendly staff. Park seemed a bit rundown, but it could also have been the winter season.

Start off with the good: Great wifi, friendly staff, easy location, close to the river walk, level sites. The bad: Just too close to the road. Incredibly loud street noise pretty much non-stop.
