This by the very best storage facility in the state. The guy who owns and the facility is a awesome guy. He's prices are very far and he lives on the property. There has been a incident of a negative nature in 40 years. You absolutely can't go leaving your probably at this facility.

Chuck is a very nice man. If you need something stored like truck, boat, trailer he is your man. He is very reasonable on his price. I would recommend his place to anyone.

We found Mr. Phillips to be thoroughly courteous, professional and helpful. The checks we wrote for storage charges were to a non profit organization that he had established to support students in automotive careers. We found that Mr. Phillips charged us slightly less than his phone quote. His lot is a quick Uber ride away from the Denver airport. There were no problems retrieving our RV. We will call on him again when we are in the area.

Left a suv and snowmobile trailer Here. Extremely easy to do business with. Location is perfect for people who want proximity to Denver airport. My trailer had an issue and the owner went out and fixed it for me. Will use again next time we need to store trailer! Good people.

Not trustworthy!! I described my vehicle in detail, twice, then I received a quote over the phone. When I arrived the owner tripled the price quoted. It looks as though he is running a chop shop for stolen cars on this lot. Avoid this shady business!!!
